This detached villa with 3 bedrooms is located in the gated community "La Carabela", in the extreme south of Playa Blanca and is located near a stunning volcanic crater. There are 800 meters to the sea. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the Atlantic and the northern end of Fuerteventura.
The house was purchased by a 4-member German family for their own use in February 2016th The entire grounds was 5/2016 renovated and all furniture, clothes and curtains replaced. A renovation of the inner region was conducted, 2014.
The outdoor area is hidden from view by a surrounding wall of volcanic rock. The scale in the style of the home in Lanzarote Spanish artist Cesar Manrique garden exudes a very private atmosphere with different themes. The bottom of the "front garden" is designed in Cesar Manrique style white with a scale of volcanic rock way. Here you can swim extensively in the private pool and sunbathe.
Whether we prefer secluded, so you take his sun on a brick sofa with surrounding pergola and palms.
A sun-protected lounge area is in the front yard available.
Side of the house is the brick barbecue area with its own, also brick sitting.
If you want to be completely cut off, as one goes in the chill-out area, which is open as an atrium to the blue sky. Here are separated by a small rock garden, 2 open, covered seating and Liegebreiche.
In the house, the ground floor comprises a to the living room open kitchen, separated by a "bar area", where 4 people can take a seat for a small meal in between. Here you can enjoy the summer, always pleasant climate particularly well and are taking a Mediterranean meal on a also built in the typical César Manrique style bench.
In the comfortably elegant living room there is enough space for up to 6 people. Here, you have free WIFI and Smart TV available.
Additional information is found on the ground floor 2 bedroom whose beds can be pushed together as required or apart. The bedside lamps have a USB charging port.
At this level there is a private bathroom for the inhabitants of this floor
The "master bedroom" is separated in the first floor and has a private bathroom. A dressing room is integrated into the bedroom. A TV for a cozy dinner for two is available. The morning coffee can be enjoyed on the just from the bedroom walk terrace and enjoy the views of the Atlantic. The distance to the sea is about 800 meters.
A secretary in the stairwell can accommodate if (unfortunately) still one or the other professional needs to be done.

The villa is fantastic, the pool and outside space is lovely, so many different areas to sit out in. The indoor space is perfect, really comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous property in a gated community. The only negative we have is that the cleaners didn’t come round after the first week just with fresh bedding etc. Yes we had a washing machine however fresh sheets and towels would have been beneficial.

I want to write a really average review, so that this place is still available next year for when we return! but i cannot, i have to be honest and this Villa is amazing! like its perfect!it was found in a extremely clean state!, the lighting and ambience is amazing! the appliances are fantastic, there is everything you need here, certainly for 4 people, any more and you may need more plates, but the rooms were very spacious! the lighting at night is beautiful and the garden and pool area are amazing!there is some overlooking from one balcony, its not completely secluded, but these are used more of an evening, apart from that everything was as mentioned and described. Margit, our contact is a saint! and Tina maintains the house so nice that in turn we left it also in a really clean state, you feel like you want to. we would love to visit again. its just under 7euros taxi to town, walkable to other bars, supermarkets and restaurants in the area and the secure residential area itself is very quiet at night. lizards around on the walls was very spanish indeed, catching all these pesky insects! we love to see them! pool feels fairly new, either that on maintained well, there is no yellow marks on the edge, its a nice pool and in an area where you are shaded from any strong lanzarote breeze, if you like to feel the breeze, the grass area is perfect also! there is a giant net also to clear out any leaves etc quickly in the morning, it just has everything you need.

This was our 5th villa holiday in Playa Blanca, although the 1st time staying at this villa. We were not disappointed - it is as pictures describe and in a very peaceful area, on a very large plot - lots of places to sit, eat and relax. Sun was on garden and pool all day with plenty of large umbrellas if shade required. Large barbecue area with lighting. Spotlessly clean and a credit to Tina who looks after the villa and welcomes you on arrival. Had a great family holiday and would recommend as a great place to stay in Playa Blanca. Thank you.
