From the moment you step through the entrance, the villa offers a wonderful sense of space. Arranged over two levels, Casa Braeside provides flexible accommodation with a layout that works particularly well for larger families or groups travelling together.
On the lower level, you'll find a contemporary studio-style living area featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a comfortable lounge space with TV, creating a private retreat within the villa.
The main living accommodation occupies the upper level and features a spacious lounge with an impressive cathedral ceiling, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Comfortable furnishings, international TV channels including sports and movie channels, and beautiful views make this a wonderful place to relax.
The villa's fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy holiday living, while the dining area enjoys lovely views across the Atlantic Ocean towards Fuerteventura. A separate utility room and office space provide additional convenience for longer stays.

The Neighborhood:
Casa Braeside is located in the peaceful residential area of Los Alisios, at the foot of the striking Montaña Roja volcano. The popular Faro Park area, with its selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and supermarket, is within walking distance of the villa.
The centre of Playa Blanca, with its sandy beaches, vibrant promenade, shops, and wide choice of dining options, is just a 5-minute taxi ride away.
Offering a wonderful balance of tranquillity and convenience, Casa Braeside is ideally positioned for guests looking to relax while remaining close to everything Playa Blanca has to offer.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

The villa was very well equipped. Everything we needed was in there. The pool was very nice, but we also liked the quietness, the pool table, wall decorations, indoor dining, the view with one side ocean and the other side mountain, wifi, alarm system, etc.

The villa was fabulous, the whole property was to the highest standard.
The pool and outside area was exactly what we wanted.
The standard of the kitchen and equipment meant that when we did not eat out it was so easy to self cater.
Even the pool man and gardener were very friendly.
Having the transfer to and from the airport and the car hire arranged for us was so helpful.
A hire car is certainly needed because of the location of the villa, but that location itself being so private and in such a lovely location made the whole stay a pleasure.
Don't forget to walk up the volcano, the views from there are amazing.
If we'd known the pool man was coming we could have gone out to let him get on with things but he was a lovely man and got on with things without interrupting us.

We have stayed in around 20 villas in Playa Blanca and this is the best we have experienced. Very rarely is a villa better than the photos but the additions in decor and facilities the new owners have added have made it a real homely villa you feel so relaxed in, they have thought of everything you’d need. Both the outside and inside are stunning and it’s so peaceful. We liked it so much we booked for next year while we were still here!!
Maybe a bit more of a shaded area outside if I was being very picky!!

Casa braeside is our 3rd time here and has had some renovations which is really nice. African theme throughout looks contemporary, clean and welcoming.
Villas now are always available when needed are happy to help.

Has dishwasher and washer which was useful for us as a family
Home from home stunning scenery amazing outdoor space plenty of sunbeds and seating all round
Maybe some parasols for those that wants sunbathe on a sunbed. Wooden gate at the top of the stairs so we don’t have to worry about younger children.
