About this villa rental
Charming villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the complex La Carabela, which is one of the most sought after and exclusive areas of Playa Blanca, just 10 minutes walk from the villa is the beautiful promenade that surrounds Playa Blanca.
The villa has a beautiful garden adorned with plants, palm trees and night lighting.
The pool is private and heated with electric heating and cover, the water temperature is approximately 28ºC.
Relaxation area with seats and play area with tennis table and darts.
The master bedroom is large with a 1,50m bed with bathroom en suite.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds.
The third bedroom with 2 single beds. This bedroom will be available only if 5 or 6 people are selected when making the reservation, otherwise it will be closed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, fridge and coffee machine.
It has a service room with washing machine and cleaning products, iron, sun umbrella, toys for children, etc.
The living room is spacious, with sofa, satellite TV and IPTV, DVD, music player, doors open onto the terrace and the pool area.
TV SAT, and IPTV with package of channels in English, German, etc: BBC 1,2,3,4, ITV, 1,2,3,4 Sky TV, Sky sport, films, documentaries, children's channels, radio channels , etc.
The house has a large dining room with a computer and reading area with doors to the terrace and the pool area.

Bath towels bedclothes.

The pool is cleaned once a week.
Change of bed linen and towels every 10 days approximately.
The shops are less than five minutes walk from the villa. The bus service leaves every 30 minutes to the city and the Rubicon marina, from outside the supermarket. The center of Playa Blanca is 5 minutes away by car.

We had a lovely stay in Aitors villa. Everything was as expected - the pool was fantastic and enjoyed by the whole family.

We had a lovely stay aitor the host was very responsive and helpful. The arrival instructions and departure info was really good. The pool was great and the outdoor space was lovely. The sunbeds could do we an upgrade but this didnt effect our stay. In whole the villa is really nice and would definitely rebook. Thanks again for letting us stay at the villa.

Aitor and his wife are utterly delightful and so helpful, responding to any niggles really quickly. Check in was perfect - instructions were very clear.We loved Villa Lighthouse - the garden is lovely and a real sun trap and we were lucky enough to be able to eat outside every day but one while we were there. The swimming pool is lovely - a perfect temperature: I loved it!The kitchen was well equipped - vinegar, salt pepper and a small range of herbs/spices were supplied, as were an initial supply of toilet rolls.Towels were supplied and changed, along with the bed, every week. The pool was also cleaned every week.There are some shops and restaurants a short walk from the property and should you want to go further afield the inner city bus route also runs regularly, reliably and within walking distance of the villa. (We had a car so didn’t need to use this service). The bed is comfortable - we slept really well.The villa is very secure. It is in a gated community, so feels very safe. It was also very peaceful; no barking dogs or traffic noise, which we really appreciated.We were there for a month and halfway through our stay the cleaner came in and mopped all the floors of the rooms we were using.Thank you Aitor! We loved our time at Villa Lighthouse! Xx
