About this villa rental
The villa has been completed to an extremely high standard. It occupies two floors, on the ground floor is a very spacious hallway, two twin bedrooms , a marble bathroom with shower, a kitchen which includes all of the normal appliances plus a dishwasher, a utility room with a washing machine, la spacious lounge containing two leather settees, a fantastic outside dining area (Brai) with seating for 8 people, which is open to the Southerly aspect for Al Fresco dining, and its own luxury kidney shaped pool, surrounded by terracotta tiles and enclosed in a very private and secluded walled garden and stone built BBQ. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with its own dressing area, en-suite marble bathroom with separate shower and large private sun terrace.
This villa is located within 50 metres of a rocky shoreline and local shops and restaurants are only a 3 min walk away. Villa del dos Hijos is ideal for families who want the best of both worlds, it enjoys a tranquility not found in tourist areas yet is only 3km from the centre of Playa Blanca, this villa will provide you with a wonderful base for a dream holiday.

Another great stay in Martin’s villa. Very clean and well equipped with comfy beds. The pool was cleaned twice during our nine day stay and was warm and clear. Dory the villa manager always on hand to help if needed. Great comms from Martin and we look forward to staying again in the future. Thanks Martin.

Lovely property that gave off a homely feel, plenty of space, with large rooms , everything in property that you would need easy check in and departure, good comms.Nice heated pool, and plenty of outdoor furniture, certainly would recommend, and possible return next year.

The villa was clean and generally comfortable with a small but very warm pool and a lovely master bedroom with a nice balcony. The main issue we had was that the only dining area was outside the main building, which was not warm enough to use early mornings or evenings. There were no other tables to use other than low coffee ones, nowhere to enjoy breakfasts in the sun. We ended up buying a plastic one, which we used indoors and outside. The kitchen equipment also needs an overhaul. We had to buy some glasses, there were only 5 knives, crockery was chipped and lids didn't fit saucepans. We informed the owner that some light bulbs needed replacing, six altogether, but nothing was done.Despite these niggles and the extra expense, we did enjoy our stay, but probably will look elsewhere in future.
