This beautifully decorated and immaculately clean vacation home is located at one of the best locations in Ocean Beach. You're only steps from feeling the beach sand between your toes (less than a 2 minute walk!). Ocean Beach has everything a vacation should have -- surf, sand, biking, walking, relaxing. Pure fun and enjoyment. Take long romantic walks along the shore. Stroll to one of the many neighborhood restaurants and bars. Stay in and enjoy the wall mounted 60' flat screen TV in the living room or secure, high-speed WiFi internet. Create your own dine-in experience with the modern, fully equipped chef's kitchen. And after a day of exploring San Diego relax under a warm rain shower. Nighttime awaits with high thread count sheets and a top of the line pillow top mattress. We hope this will be one of the best vacations you ever had.

Second time staying here! Love the area, the privacy, and the accommodations. The rooms are spacious, there’s anything you might need available. The location is close to everything, we walked to the gamers market, to the beach, and restaurants. Kitchen is very well stocked, the towels are nice and soft, the beds are comfortable, and the place is very clean. We all enjoyed going back after a long day and watch a movie. This is our second stay here, last time it was right next door, but for a family of 4, and this rental is definitely more spacious and comfortable. Will be staying again for our yearly SD trips.

Beautiful clean home just steps from the water. Perfect for our family of 4. Had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs. There was a wagon that we could use to get everything down to the beach easily. The main street with restaurants and shops was an easy 10-15 minute walk. You can see the Sea World fireworks easily from dog beach which was so close to the home. Connie was great and communicated well! We would stay here again!

Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in San Diego. This place is located in Ocean Beach, walking distance to dog beach. Great for morning walks/runs through the safe neighborhoods there. There are beach chairs provided and we used them at the beach more than once.The kitchen was fully equipped to cook. People in the area were so friendly, it was a win-win vacation. Close to all of the popular attractions too. Recommended place and host too.

The property is very clean with nice finishes. It is a simple crossing of the street to get to the beach. There are so many little touches that make this a great rental. Connie has a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon, plenty of bathroom towels and toiletries and a lovely patio where we ate our Thanksgiving meal. I would recommend and will definitely be back.

This place was very nice, clean. Right across the street from the beach. Upscale furnishings. I appreciated the soap and shampoo provided, along with all the beach gear. Having air conditioning was nice too. Off street parking was another plus.

This is side by side units and we had the back unit. We could not have been more pleased with the unit and the location. We were across the street from the public access. The place was really clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard had a nice table and chairs to sit outside. There were beach chairs, cooler, towels, beach toys and a beach wagon to carry it all. What was really great was the off street parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

This property was exactly as listed and aligned perfectly with my expectations. This was a birthday trip, and the location was absolutely perfect and close to all the things I wanted to do and see. The condos are all in very close proximity to each other, but you couldn't tell once inside. The space was perfect and clean, and the host was available to answer any questions. Great little house perfect for a beach trip! We didn’t drive the whole visit. Nice driveway parking so you are off the street. Close enough to walk everywhere you need to go around the beach. Having a key pad entry made it nice not to worry about a key while at the beach. The outside shower and hose made it nice to wash sand off before going inside. Great location! Enjoyed our relaxing time away.

My husband and I came here on a family vacation for a beach getaway with our 4 boys ages 10-16. The property could not have been better. The location was awesome, the property was exactly as described and we had everything we possibly needed. It was also very clean!! Connie was amazing. I highly recommend Connie and her property! Connie was very easy to work with. We had no problems. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk away. It was nice having a parking spot instead of trying to find one on the street. The back patio was wonderful. My kids loved the beach toys and the beach chairs were nice to have. It was close to some fun, yummy restaurants. We also saved a bunch by cooking and eating in. Everything you need for cooking is already there. Do yourself a big favor and shop at bargain bliss grocery outlet. It is just down the street, has great food, and costs way less! We went to sea world and it was great being less than 10 minutes away. So cool. They are doing a deal for 30% off on week days until June. If you cook anything on the stove, make sure the fan is on and Windows and doors are open. I think we set off the smoke alarm at least 3 times. I will most definitely stay here again if we come back down that way. Thanks for sharing your home with us, connie!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Beach. The property was in a great location, being steps away from the beach, and walkable to town. Our main issue with the location was that it sits directly in the flight path from SD airport! The longer we were in San Diego, though, we realized that many places were directly in the flight path!! Just be aware of this ahead of time. We did notice that the flights seem to have stopped in the overnight hours, which helped with sleeping. The property was in good condition mostly. We had a few issues which is why we only gave it 4 stars. In the guest room, there were 2 twin beds. One was so creaky and noisy that it kept people awake. Also, the sheets on the twin bed were for a double bed and were of poor quality. They kept coming off during the night and had to be remade each morning. Our biggest disappointment was the bathroom. It had a very "in style" rain shower head, but it was positioned so close to the wall that it was nearly impossible to get your body underneath it. A regular shower head would be much more efficient. The floor in the shower was not very clean. The corners and certain places on the floor were black and grungy. The shower doors leaked A LOT. Every time we showered, there was a big puddle on the bathroom floor. We had to throw down towels each time so as not to flood the floor. We would stay here again if these few things were fixed. It was wonderful to walk 2-3 minutes and be on the beach and the location was central to many of San Diegos attractions.
