About this house rental
Spectacular non smoking beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Includes 2 queen beds.
This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back patio. Also, on the back patio we provide a grill. Included are high thread count bed linens and bath towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, and fridge. We have a new front load washer and dryer for all laundry. This home does not have a detail missed. Perfect tropical feel complete with professional decor.
This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.
**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 4 people
We also do not allow pets or smoking.

All was great. Eating and living room area was a bit small . As this was a December/January trip, the outside eating area was not used. If it were a summer trip, it would be just fine.

Excellent home for a short getaway. It was clean and well equipped for our needs. The location is within walking distance for restaurants, beach access, and shops. We highly recommend the house and the owners were phenomenal.
