About this house rental
Spectacular non smoking beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Includes 2 queen beds.
This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back patio. Also, on the back patio we provide a grill. Included are high thread count bed linens and bath towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, and fridge. We have a new front load washer and dryer for all laundry. This home does not have a detail missed. Perfect tropical feel complete with professional decor.
This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.
**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 4 people
We also do not allow pets or smoking.

We had a wonderful stay at this bungalow and really enjoyed the location. It was very convenient and within walking distance to many places around CB, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The home itself was beautifully decorated and our hosts were very friendly & helpful with suggestions of things to do & places to eat (There is a whole binder and it definitely helped our stay) There were just a few small things we noticed during our visit. When we arrived, there were some dishes still left in the dishwasher from the previous guests, one towel had a minor stain, and one of the doorknobs felt a little sticky. These were fairly minor issues and did not take away too much from our overall experience.The couch was somewhat uncomfortable due to how much it sinks in, although we were not at the house very often so it was manageable for our stay. One of the bedroom TVs also appeared to have an issue with the screen flashing constantly which made us unable to use it in the evenings.Overall, we had a very positive experience, enjoyed our stay, and would definitely consider booking this property again in the future.

This home was perfect for my husband and I. Super cute inside and out. Beds are comfy, kitchen has everything you need and very clean. Parking was easy. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere in about 2-5 minutes.

All was great. Eating and living room area was a bit small . As this was a December/January trip, the outside eating area was not used. If it were a summer trip, it would be just fine.
