About this house rental
Spectacular beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Includes 2 queen and 1 twin beds. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. Included are all bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. We provide a washer and dryer. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.
**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a Max if 5 total.
We also do not allow pets or smoking.

My first visit to Carolina Beach, and I was very impressed. The cottage was delightful, everything was convenient and clean. The beach itself was lovely including the extra lot on the north end we will definitely return.

We definitely plan to come back! The cottage was perfectly clean and extremely well equipped. All of the standard amenities plus extras. It is very well decorated and the furniture was comfortable.This pink cottage is in a great location. It is directly down the street from the boardwalk, which also offers really convenient beach access. Within a 5 minute walk you have tons of restaurants, ice cream, shops, etc.

House was clean, and very cute and pink themed in and out. Host was very detailed on their needs and the check in and check out process was an easy experience. If you’re looking for your next stay at Carolina Beach, this host is a must, we will be back and I plan on staying with them again!

Needs work. Floors heaving up although owner addressed it immediately A possible mold or ventilation issue. All three guest experiencing respiratory issues while in the hoise. Owners responding to this after our departure
