We love this house and it is our second time staying here. It’s a quick walk to the beach but in a quieter part of the neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and had no issues with any appliances. They had dish soap and a sponge along with plenty of hand soap.Our only issue, and entirely possible that I didn’t read the booking, was we were charged 140 for sheets and the quality wasn’t great and we had to make our own beds. I would have brought my own if I had known/paid attention. The positive was that the sheets were wrapped so we knew they were clean. Otherwise, we had another fantastic stay at this house and would 100% recommend.

Probably the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. I was surprised even throughout the week I didn’t find any concerns after the allure of arriving wore off. The host went above and beyond in preparations for a smooth vacation (paper towels, dish soap, toilet papers, trash bags, coffee) all of which I packed not expecting. The location was perfect traveling solo with a toddler & teens. The older kids could walk right up directly into the boardwalk without any concerns while I took my time with the young in. Bonus beach access from the property is right at the public restrooms. Also the deli market is right at the corner with any additional items needed and delicious coffee/ ice cream.
