🗺️ Welcome Guide
A digital Welcome Guide is provided at check-in with everything you need for a smooth stay — house instructions, answers to common questions, and our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, coffee, and things to do around Carolina Beach.

🏘️Shared Property
This is the top-floor unit of a two-unit property. The ground-floor Garden Villa is a separate, privately booked listing and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Each unit has clearly separated entrances, indoor and outdoor spaces for a private experience.

🔊 Noise Policy
We ask all guests to be mindful of both the neighboring unit and the homes around us. We want you to relax, celebrate, and make the most of your stay — just keep noise at a considerate level at all times. Especially in shared outdoor spaces like the backyard, decks, and tiki bar, and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

🐾 Pets Policy
We love pets—but this property is not pet-friendly.
Unauthorized pets may result in:
• Cancellation of your reservation
• Additional cleaning fees and/or fines

🚭 Smoking Policy
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
Outdoor smoking is permitted, but please ensure doors/windows are closed and smoke does not enter the home.
Violations may result in a $500+ fee.

⏰ Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 10:00 AM to allow our team to prepare for the next guests.
Unauthorized late checkouts may incur a minimum $150 fee.

👥 Guest Guidelines
• Minimum booking age: 25
• Only registered guests allowed on the property
• No outside visitors without prior approval
• Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced
• This home is not suitable for parties or events

• Removal from the property
• Additional fees (up to $500)

📝 Booking Requirements
To ensure a smooth stay:
• We may ask a few quick questions about your trip and group prior to arrival
• Incomplete bookings may be subject to cancellation.

💳 Security Deposit (Select Guests)
Guests without prior reviews may be asked to submit a $500 refundable deposit, which is released after checkout if no issues occur.

For safety and compliance:
• Exterior security cameras are in use
• There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home

🗑️ Trash
• Please use designated bins only
• Do not use neighboring properties’ bins

🚗 Parking
• Maximum of 3 vehicles in driveway
• Do not block neighbors or mailboxes
