About this house rental
Newer beach house in a prime Carolina Beach location where you can park at the house and walk to everything. Beach access is a 5-minute walk, and coffee, breakfast spots, restaurants, boardwalk, and surf school are all just around the corner. The home is designed for easy, comfortable beach weeks without the hassle of constantly driving and finding expensive parking.
This home sleeps 8 and works especially well for families and mixed groups. It features three bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, including a king suite, queen suite, and a bunk room with a twin-over-full and an additional twin bed. The open kitchen, dining, and living space creates an easy gathering area, with seating for up to 12.
Guests enjoy an easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs and boogie boards are typically available, and the outdoor hot and cold shower makes rinsing off simple after a day on the sand. There is also a grill, picnic table, yard space, and balconies with ocean breezes for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Parking is available for up to three vehicles.
The kitchen is well stocked for family meals and entertaining and includes both a drip coffee maker and Keurig. Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, a laundry room, workspace area, and games, cards, and books for rainy days help make the stay comfortable for both relaxation and downtime. 4 decks for enjoying all of the city lights, carnival, fireworks, and ocean breezes.
The home sits directly across from a wedding venue, making it ideal for guests attending local events. The 5 Bd/5 Bath (same owners) directly next door can be rented in conjunction with this home for large groups. The home is also a short drive to Fort Fisher and the NC Aquarium, state parks, downtown Wilmington’s Riverwalk, and the ferry to quaint Southport.

Overall good stay. Quiet area. Really easy to check in. Stayed in the off season so it hadn’t been “lived in” for a bit. There were some dead and alive cockroaches that were scattered throughout the house once we got there. We didn’t see any once we were there but still not great. Really close to the boardwalk area.

The house was clean, had everything we needed, has a great floor plan and the location is great. The beach, coffee shop and restaurants are close and an easy walk. Joree was great to work with. We highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay for our five year wedding anniversary. The house is amazing with great space and I would recommend it to my family and friends. Once we arrived, we were able to walk to just about everywhere on the island minus the grocery store. We definitely hope to stay again sometime soon.
