Loved this house! Very cute and perfect for a long weekend trip. Straight shot to the beach down the road.

Lovely little place, lots of space 2 bedrooms are very large. Very clean and comfortable. Will definetely rent again. Yolanda was wonderful and hands on with any questions I had. Very quick response time with all of my questions.Pet friendly was a plus as my little doggie just had surgery and had to bring him. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the area.Great location if you bring a boat. The boat ramp is 3 miles or so from the house and the driveway is large enough for a boat. We brought our 25 foot Sea Hunt and it fit in the driveway very comfortably. Lots of good restaurants right around the house.Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils.

We had a wonderful vacation at Beach Daze! The covered porch was fantastic. It rained quite a bit and was so relaxing to sit there watching the rain. Very spacious and clean! My son and grandson are both allergic to dogs (our dog is a small hypoallergenic one). I brought a medical grade air purifier as I was worried about their health. The filter remained very clean! A on the cleaning practices for a pet friendly place. Thanks Yolanda for the great family memories.

The house itself was very large and open and had a lot of character as described. It was different from most beach houses we’ve seen and that’s why we chose it. Unfortunately, when we got there at 9:00 at night, we had two coolers full of food and the refrigerator didn’t work. There was a loud beeping sound that was coming from the refrigerator but we weren’t aware of that at first. We searched the house trying to find the source of the noise before placing a call to Yolanda. There was a small dorm size refrigerator that we filled, but ended up having to throw out a lot of food. Yolanda wasn’t able to get a repairman out to the house the entire week. Luckily, my husband used to be an appliance repairman and could fix it only temporarily because he didn’t have parts or tools. One of the reasons we chose this house was because the pictures showed a beautiful home with a real coffee pot vs the kcup version everyone has and an actual dining table. No coffee maker. The house hadn’t been cleaned since the last visitors sometime last year. The was dust and sand and dead cockroaches in all the rooms. I tore the bed apart to make sure it was safe to sleep in but couldn’t sleep as exhausted as we were from driving across country, because of a fear of something crawling on me in the night. The water hadn’t been run in the faucets for so many months that the water smelled of raw sewage. We were forced to brush our teeth with bottled water. I scrubbed everything while he fixed the fridge.
