Came 5/16 to 5/23, beach was empty, no one was ever in the pool. We walked just about everywhere. Was about 30 mins to wilmington where we did a river tour, and a tour to masonboro island which I highly recommend. Super quiet.

The location was perfect. It was easy to gain access to the unit. The pools and grounds are kept clean. The private beach was a bonus.
The unit needs to have a deep clean. We had to clean the sinks before we could use them.
