About this apartment rental
**This is a seasoned condo, but we are the new owners! We are so excited to give you the absolute best experience at Carolina Beach.**
This is a 500 sq ft unit 2 rows from the beach. Walk out of your condo and down to the beach, the boardwalk, the market or the bar. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the pullout couch has an additional full size memory foam pull out. Two twin size bunk beds available. Beautiful newly renovated top to bottom bathroom and newer LVP flooring!
The space
Two bunk beds to sleep additional guests (weight capacity is 180 lbs on top bunk).
Unit professionally cleaned and sanitized between each visit.
Guest access
Can use entire condo and patio space, downstairs picnic and cook area, pool across the street and storage unit with bike racks downstairs.
Other things to note
Guests are not allowed to have any animals on premises.
Late checkout of over an hour can result in a fine of one night stay.

Host was very responsive and courteous. The condo was perfect. During our trip we didn’t have to drive anywhere as the condo was in walking distance to food/ shopping and the beach. Condo was clean and the host was perfect. We will definitely return.
