About this apartment rental
Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families often choose this property. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1- November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It comes highly recommended, and has the most repeat guests. Your view is beach-side and within a short walk you are able to enjoy the sand and the water.

We had a wonderful week at the Sandpiper, and we will be back! However, we are unlikely to choose 4A again unless there are no other units available. The unit is very dated, carpet feels dirty, and kitchen is lacking in items that are found in other units (e.g. wine classes, serving bowls). The oven doesn't cook uniformly, and the washer and dryer had issues while we were there.

Our experience at #4A at Sandpiper was quite nice. Had everything we needed,was clean,and comfortable. The staff at Bender was awesome to work with! Easiest booking ever!
