Sandpiper 10C is a newly updated two bedroom, two bathroom beachside condo on West Beach in Gulf Shores, designed to accommodate up to six guests. Located just 1.4 miles from The Hangout, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for those who want to stay close to local favorites while enjoying a calm coastal atmosphere. Take a short walk along the communal balcony and admire the view of the landscaped pool area and the beautiful Gulf waters. It’s a wonderful spot to pause and take in the rhythm of life on the coast.
Inside, the open layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together. The living area features comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a queen sized bed, two armchairs, and a flat screen TV that’s perfect for relaxed evenings after a day by the beach. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you’ll need, including a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, and full sized refrigerator. Share meals at the dining table for four or start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony as the Gulf breeze drifts in. A washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience during your stay.

This was our 6th time staying at the property and we love the Sandpiper. Cozy place without the crowd of a high-rise. First time staying in 10C and it was great! Convenient to elevators also! Loved the condo and we would definitely stay in 10C again. Thank you!

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

First off, there was a robe hook for a toilet paper holder. Who didn't catch that? The floors were dirty and the tub was dirty. TV remotes were dirty with food or something else that looked like food. We were afraid to touch anything unless we had to. Then we washed our hands. Nasty. Talked with other guests about cleanliness, and they had horror stories also. I don't think the cleaning crew gets enough time to do what they need to do, or they are lazy.
