About this apartment rental
Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

We were so excited to see what our place looked like! It is quintessential beach themed unit! I love the porches overlooking the pool and beach. Everyone always seemed to be having a great time, you can see all the people on their porches hanging out and laughing- the vibe was always on point. Everything inside was clean and comfortable. Loved having the wash/dryer in the unit. We don’t have any complaints and will absolutely be staying here again. We were truly sad to leave! If I had to find something for them to improve on it would be the parking, if you get a covered spot ( if you can find an open one) you’re fine otherwise it’s very hard to park and back up and out.with how little the parking area is.

The unit was in great shape, more than adequately provisioned and the complex was handy to so many of the things we wanted to do. Perfect condo for a great four-day weekend getaway.

Working with Bender is as easy as pie. The folks are awesome. Sandpiper is a wonderful place to get a large group of folks together. The rooms are open to the outside and in close proximity. The pool is large enough to accommodate everyone and the beach is a few easy steps away.
