Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.
This bright and cheery condo has all you'll need for your family to enjoy its beach stay in at-home comfort. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts both a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker. Both bathrooms have been tiled, with one having a gorgeous, walk-in shower.

The ocean view is absolutely stunning and truly unbeatable. The location is perfect, offering easy access to town while still feeling like a private escape. We love the clean, well-maintained, pool and room. We felt very secure the entire time. Check-in was a breeze, and we cannot wait to come back.

For some 35 years, our family has enjoy a week together at the Sandpiper. It is a friendly and family place! Bender Realty is the best at accommodating us! We would not use anyone but Bender or go anywhere else for our summer family retreat at the beach!

12C needs some updates clean living room furniture. Master mattress is hard. Love location and how family is all together and can visit easy on the porches.
