Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

The condo was very nice. The mattresses were a little "old" but not too bad. The view was very nice as well and you really are right on the beach. The folks at Bender were extremely polite and very helpful. Would definitely rent from them again.

Issues with appliance Refrigerator & stove appears that the issues were known about before reporting. Water stains on ceiling. Looks like the units are on the decline in up keep. Very disappointing.
