About this apartment rental
Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (the pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

The Sandpiper is a diamond in the rough. I've been coming down approx 29 years and staying in the same condo area. My whole family does. It seems this year, the amenities in the condo were going down. The furniture was absolutely filthy, thank goodness for the sheets. But, I know things can improve. The price is goind up, but the condos are going down....
