About this apartment rental
Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

Clean, great location, and family enjoyed this gathering. One of our favorite places to visit. Due to Covid, mother's stroke this kept us away for a few years but plan on returning in future. All answers below would be a 5.

The lack of a security guard when needed was a disappointment. I called Bender Realty to help stop pool activities and loud noise. No security was seen the week we stayed. It was a disappointing week.
