About this apartment rental
Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1- November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

Sandpiper is Great! We have stayed there before and what I like about it most is it isn't a high rise and each room has a view of the ocean from their front door and it overlooks the pool. We loved just sitting on the deck outside the front door in the mornings and it is just a very short walk to the beach.

It was just ok. Unit was clean enough and essentially comfortable. Had trouble figuring out TV in living room. It's holiday weekend so lots of people, seemingly all knowing each other were having parties in the common areas. Parking was also difficult at times as larger SUVs frequently took up multiple spots.
