Apartment very pleasant to live in, with its large terrace which overlooks the bay of Grau du Roi.
Ideal location for a holiday without a car ... quiet but close to all the entertainment.

Ce logement est parfaitement bien situé au Grau du Roi. L'accès est direct à la plage, par un parc très agréable et ombragé, idéal pour les pique-nique. Le centre ville (et ses animations) est à moins de 10 mn à pied. L'appartement est très bien équipé, fonctionnel et dispose d'une vue exceptionnelle. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour la gentillesse de leur accueil.

Nous avons passé, en juillet, un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement idéalement situé. Vue directe fantastique sur la mer avec en plus un immense jardin au pied de l'immeuble qui permet à la fois les plaisirs de la mer et la paix reposante de la verdure, parfait pour les enfants. Parking pour la voiture et commerces tout proches, tout se fait à pied..... La terrasse permet de prendre ses repas face à la mer comme si vous étiez de manière permanente dans un restaurant de plage. L'appartement, fonctionnel, correctement équipé, vous laisse loin des soucis domestiques. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine Thérèse et Alain de Nantes.

C'était la première fois que nous venions dans la région, et nous n'avons pas été déçus.Le centre du Grau du Roi est à quelques minutes à pied et le coin est très calme (les soirées passées sur la terrasse furent des plus agréables).Pas de problème de parking avec la place reservée de la résidence (un plus indéniable).Concernant l'appartement, rien à redire : bien aménagé et très plaisant où nous avons la vue sur la mer, le calme pour se reposer et le confort souhaité pour vivre de belles vacances. Location à recommander sans hésitation.
