Apartment very pleasant to live in, with its large terrace which overlooks the bay of Grau du Roi.
Ideal location for a holiday without a car ... quiet but close to all the entertainment.

excellent accueil, propreté etc..............
on a regretté le manque d'un coin salon où prendre l'apéro à l'aise quand il fait mauvais dehors, il y a juste un grand canapé face à la télé
manquent aussi quelques crochets par-ci par-là pour suspendre vestes, essuies dans la salle de bains et cuisine

In dem Gebäude darf nur vom 15. Juni bis zum 20. September nicht renoviert werden!!! Wir hatten bis 11.06. gebucht und haben vom Vermieter vor Ort erfahren, dass außerhalb des oben genannten Zeitraums jeder Wohnungsbesitzer das Recht hat, von 8.30 bis 19.30 Uhr Baulärm zu erzeugen. Über uns wurde eine Wohnung grundsaniert, die Fassade wurde renoviert, der Aufzug musste gewartet und Hecken mit lautem Gerät geschnitten werden - das alles in einem sehr hellhörigen Haus. Und so toll die Aussicht ist, auf der Wiese und am Strand wird ebenfalls bis spät in die Nacht viel Lärm gemacht.
