Appartement très bien situé. Propriétaire charmante. Quelques ajustements à faire (oreillers, volets, tapis de bain, cafetière) pour que ce soit parfait. Je recommande néanmoins.

Dans un quartier calme le logement est très bien situé, près de la plage (200 mètres) , des commerces et du centre ville (200 mètres), on peut tout faire à pied. Il est très propre et refait à neuf récemment. Nous étions 6 dont 2 enfants. Il y a une petite terrasse où nous tenions largement. L'équipement est très complet. Nous avions un emplacement pour stationner devant la maison ce qui est appréciable. La climatisation est un plus.
L'accès à l'appartement situé au 1er étage se fait par un escalier d'où difficulté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

La proximité du centre
La déco un peu dépassée, le confort de la literie , nous avons loué les draps mais il n etaient pas mis et ceux ci étaient vieux ( les taies d oreillers ne correspondaient pas aux oreillers), et pas de housses de couettes( au niveau hygiène c est moyen).pas de sac poubelle, volets fermés et odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain et dans l appartement.
