About this apartment rental
Facing the sea, enjoy a comfortable stay, in a beautiful and spacious apartment, AIR-CONDITIONED, in a secure residence, on the 5th, top floor with elevator.
Ideal location, close to all shops.
Stay in a large T3 apartment of 80 m² with two balconies (sea side and parking side) on the seafront with direct access to the beach.
Take in the panoramic sea views from the balcony and relax.
It has 2 bedrooms overlooking the closed loggia on the parking side: one with a 140 cm bed and built-in cupboard, the other with two 90 cm beds (not bunk) and built-in cupboard. View of Aigues Mortes and the salt marshes.
Each room is air-conditioned.
Renovated bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and washing machine.
Separate toilet.
Corridor for access to the bedrooms and sanitary facilities.
On the sea side, large sliding bay windows, bright living room with breathtaking views, without vis-à-vis.
Living room adjoining the dining room in the living room: TV, sofa bed bed 130 bultex mattresses.
Balcony with garden furniture: table and chairs, low armchairs, sun awning.
Independent kitchen, fully equipped, refurbished for the 2023 season (combined microwave oven, hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine) with bar partition on the dining room.
The little extras of the apartment:
- Private parking space in the fenced parking lot of the residence.
- Linen provided.
- Cleaning included.

Everything about this stay was wonderful!Alain greeted us and checked us in, showed us how everything in this beautifully equipped apartment worked. The place showed even better than the pictures. The view of the sea was magnificent. We spent 4 nights in May and it felt like home. Except at home we don’t have a gorgeous beach right outside our front door. We would definitely stay here again.
