l emplacement est très bien , bien sécurisé appartement très correct Jean Louis très sympathique
Les stores de la terrasse en mauvais état. des rideaux seraient plus pratiques le canapé pas confortable un siège dans la cuisine en plus et un a charger

Simplement, je n’avais pas vue dans la description que la Clim était mobile, donc pas dans toutes les chambres, avec rafraîchissement assez localisé

Appartement très bien situé : proche gare, commerces et mer ! Résidence sécurisée et place de parking !
L'appartement n'était pas très propre. Très mal insonorisé : on entendait vibrer le portable du voisin. Il manque une bouilloire, un grille pain, une pendule dans la pièce principale, une glace dans l'entrée et des portes manteaux dans la salle de bain. Gros manque d'entretien: aspirateur qui n'aspire pas et lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas la vaisselle + siphon de la douche bouché ! Il faut se "faxer" pour entrer dans les WC et fermer la porte ....
