Let's begin with the bedding arrangements: King, Twin Bunks, Queen Sleeper Sofa! This unit is located on the 22nd floor with gorgeous views from the balcony! The unit has been newly painted along with new decor!

We provide beach bags, beach mats, beach umbrella, sand castle toys, floats, and more.
The condo is also well-stocked with supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, dish washing soap, detergent, garbage bags.
The unit has a full kitchen with refrigerator/ice maker, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, complete cookware sets and utensils.
Our very clean and refreshing Majestic Beach Resort 1 bedroom + 1 bunk room, 2 bath gulf-front condo in Tower 1 is beautifully furnished and decorated. The condo has a master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with Jacuzzi tub/Shower combo. It also has a king size bed and a 32 inch flat screen television. The second bedroom has full size bunk beds, and a bathroom attached to it. Our huge kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, 55 inch flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player and stereo system. The unit has its own balcony for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar-white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete. Being on the 22nd floor, you have your own privacy and you also get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf.
Washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.
High-speed Wireless internet service is available inside the condo.

Majestic Beach Resort has the most amenities among other resorts. The resort features outdoor pools, two indoor pools (one for each tower), kiddie pool, hot tubs, poolside bar and grill (H2O). Majestic has a movie theater, fitness center with his and hers sauna and steam rooms and tennis court. It is also within walking distance to lots of different attractions and restaurants, souvenir shops, Edgewater Plaza and Walmart. Examples of nearby attractions are: Angelo's Steak Pit, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works, Zoo, miniature golf, and more.

Clean room. Smelled great. Great view. Amenities awesome. Location awesome. Saw dolphins and sting rays daily.

This listing is a bit misleading. There are not two bedrooms. The bunk room has no door and is basically a little cubby. The pictures must be a little outdated because there is no kitchen table or chest of drawers in the front room. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows were like a piece of paper. You could barely ever go onto the balcony without the smell of weed permeating the air and drifting into the condo. I know that's not the fault of the host and I honestly don't care what others do on their own time but it really was constant. We were under the impression that we would have access to the gym but sadly, you are charged an extra $30 per person to use it. Not one person asked us for the armbands all week so we were unnecessarily stressed about losing them for fear of a $30 charge per bracelet as well. There were 3 double red flag days while we were there so we couldn't get in the ocean for half of the vacation but we made the best of it by taking excursions to St. Andrews Park etc. The pool is nice and the view from the balcony is good. The location is obviously right on the beach and we didn't have too much trouble from teens on spring break or anyone being too loud around us. Overall, it was a decent stay but we have definitely stayed in better beach condos in other cities. We were not very impressed with the Majestic but maybe it just wasn't our style.
