The room shown in the picture, was not the exact room that was booked. Something happened and they called and gave me similar room for same price. Also i was given additional 2 hr for checkout. Very nice rooms, location was great 2103 tower 1, everything needed for beach was there. Only one exception couldn't watch but one channel in master bedroom. Remote wasn't there. I will book again. Thanks

Pros- this unit is HUGE. The living room has nicer seating than shown in the listing and plenty of space. Having both the wet bar are and kitchen space is perfect. The table seats six and there are 3 bar stools. The laundry room is big! We were able to store our wagon. Pop up. Chairs. And still have enough room to move around. Perfect for keeping the sand under control. The balcony is huge. The master has a big walk in closet. Beds were comfy. There is plenty of storage everywhere. The elevators are super fast. There is multi-level parking garage. And you can pull up to the lobby on the third floor of the garage to unload. The carts are way bigger than a hotel cart. The lobby and pools were super clean. There are multiple areas to walk up from the beach to shower off. No drainage pipes into the water near this area. Cons- it was really clean except, one of our beds had sand in it and trash on the balcony when we arrived. We never have this problem with hotels. Idk why it is so hard for condo cleaners. I was so excited to think we finally got one that was clean but I think they just stopped with one room to go. The ice maker in the wet bar and fridge didn’t work. To buy ice at the condo is 7.00 per bag. just normal wear and tear. Would have given the condo 5 stars but between Majestic Towers is a public beach access. So the beach is FULL of tons of empty rental beach chairs and public beach goers. No key card required to get into the towers. Anyone could access. Not safe

Well, the overall property and cleanliness was good.....location to beach, elevators worked well, and were fast, parking lot was a little far (across the street, accessed by crossing an enclosed walkway over the Main Street). My minor issues, that could be addressed and fixed by property manager/owner are that there needs to be repairs and updates to this condo, so spend a little money to better the overall client experience. There is a separate ice machine that is inoperable. The ice maker on fridge was completely frozen over, so I thawed it out, and got it to work. We attempted to use the dishwasher on our second to last day, and the dishwasher overflowed with bubbles and water. We went to use the garden tub in the master bedroom our 2nd to last night, and the hot-water handle fell off. The dryer needs to be replaced (probably at least 15 years old) as it took 2 cycles to dry a load of clothes, and even on one occasion, had to run the dryer 3 cycles to dry 4 beach towels. There are bare minimal dishes and utensils (as mentioned in previous reviews) so we assessed, and ended up buying paper plates, bowls, and plastic spoons and forks. And my last complaint, is maintenance showed up to repair a loss door on a kitchen cabinet, we were not told or made aware that they were coming, and showed up unannounced, and my minor son (16 yrs old) was in the unit alone, and was startled when they came in to repair the cabinet doors. It would have been nice if we were forewarned
