Our overall stay was ok. The room was fairly clean. There was something nasty on the back of the curtains leading to the balcony. They definitely need washed. Our towels smelled musty as well. We also had to furnish our own toilet paper, which I thought was weird.

We had a few issues when we checked in. The property had been vacant for a while. Issues we had would not have affected a weekly renter (loud dryer vent, broken lent filter in dryer etc) We were there for 5 weeks, overall it is a nice condo exactly as pictured. The bed is very firm. Quality mattress just firm

Good: Great ocean view. Easy access to the beach. Nice beach showers to remove sand.There were plenty of cups, dishes, and flatware. There are sufficient towels and washcloths.The apartment was clean, and we took off our shoes at the door, but our socks were stained from the floor.Great hot water. Adequate cooking pots and pans.There was plenty of closet space in the master bedroom.The indoor/outdoor pools are very good. You can easily access tower 2's indoor /outdoor pools and hot tub.Walmart is just a few minutes away. Easy to stock up.Needs improvement:The bottom rollers on the patio door were worn out, making the door hard to close.The refrigerator had no working ice maker. There was also a lot of condensation on the glass shelves every day, making the bottom of every container wet. The master bedroom door was sticking and hard to close; the other bedroom door had a loose hinge, making it hard to close.The dryer door safety switch is broken; it will not turn off if the dryer door is opened. You have to turn the knob to the off position to stop it.There was one spatula with a handle coming off. Pro tips:Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap.The 4 o'clock checking time is a crowded madhouse on a Saturday. Limited unloading space, limited rolling carts. Checking in after 6 is less chaotic.Keep your wrist bracelet on. Security comes by often to control access to the pools.Bring water shoes
