The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.
But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.
This first floor unit is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, access to the balcony, double doors and has its own private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub. The master bath also comes with dual vanities.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed as well.
The living room has a pull out queen size couch.
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite recipe or just heat up some mac and cheese for the kids.
This unit comes with full size washer and dryer in unit.
*The pool will not be heated in the off season*

We enjoyed this stay so much other than the weather was a little uncooperative. This is a great place to rent if you are looking for something with a larger family. The condo was very well laid out and spacious so no one was on top of each other. The tub and showers are to die for. This has been by far one of our most favorite places we have stayed for family vacations. I would highly recommend it. We hope to rent again next year.

This rental was everything we expected and more. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Also had board games and books to use while there. We absolutely loved it and will be using them again

Check in was easy. Just used the codes provided. Parking is confusing there are 3 different numbers painted on the space. The condo was as described 3 bedrooms/2 baths. The refrigerator was dirty and had to be cleaned, the floors were sandy. The vacuum hose was not seated correctly so it did not clean well. One of the beds was sandy and had dust all over the pillows. We did use the pull out couch which apparently hadn’t been used in a while. Lots of food and crumbs in and under it and the other furniture we had to move so it would fit. At first all we had were just a few towels but found others in the dryer. It didn’t seem the condo was cleanedifor the next guest. The door lock broke, Maintenance did rig a fix but needs replace There were tiny little ants in the kitchen area. Called service who asked for a picture. I did not send it as they were small ants on a brown speckled countertop. My family has our own shade tent the “HOA” rules are you can not put your tent in front of the rental chairs. The rentals chairs take up the entire beachfront making almost impossible to get to the ocean without jiggling through the rentals. I came to enjoy the beach, not stress putting up my shade. the jet ski’s for the banana boats launch from the side it really seems unsafe with the speed and smell of the gas. The pool is small and mostly shaded and cold. The kids did not enjoy it. The pro is the short walk to the beach. It is close to many restaurants and attractions.
