The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.
But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.
This first floor unit is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, access to the balcony, double doors and has its own private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub. The master bath also comes with dual vanities.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed as well.
The living room has a pull out queen size couch.
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite recipe or just heat up some mac and cheese for the kids.
This unit comes with full size washer and dryer in unit.

We were in a three bedroom first floor condo. Clean and beds were comfortable. And the view from the balcony is the best. For the over 65 group, having the the parking garage under the condos made it a short walk to get your car. Property manager was very kind and helpful.

This unit looks beautiful from a distance but has some issues that really need addressing. First and foremost, it needs some deep cleaning. For example, the balcony is FILTHY(walk outside barefoot for 2 minutes and your feet are BLACK!), the entry door is dirty, the pantry door is dirty, the vent door on the utility closet was COATED in dust. The balcony furniture is terrible, the cushions and pillows are dirty and very cheaply made. The light bulb is broken off in the socket under the microwave—so that doesn’t work and there were 2 bulbs out in the kitchen when we arrived (we literally went to Walmart and bought bulbs). There is an electric outlet in the living room that has no electrical box in the wall—you can see the wires just floating around inside the wall and the sockets just move all around if you try to plug something in. I will say the location is great, you never have to wait on an elevator. The master bed and bath are spacious and VERY NICE. The beds slept well. There are zero pillow cases for the extra pillows and none of the extra blankets for the sofa bed smelled like they had been laundered. The dishwasher was very finicky, but we finally got it to work. I feel like for the price, things should’ve definitely been cleaner and in better working condition. (I have pictures of the cleaning issues if management wants to see them)
