13th Floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!
This large condo comfortably sleeps 9 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.
The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower.
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv.
The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed.
The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.
All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.
Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:
*Covered Valet Parking
*5 pools (2 indoor heated)
*A Kiddie pool with a fountain for toddlers
*3 hot tubs

You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

The vacation rental was very clean.

The unit was very clean and stocked! The check in process and communication with host/ECD was excellent! The only thing that was a small let down, was the coffee pot being dirty. It seemed as if its mineral build up from the water but hadnt been cleaned in a reeeeeaaaallly long time. I'm a huge coffee every morning gal so I just bought a small Keurig at Walmart. Otherwise, our vacation was awesome! Beautiful condo, great rental management and of course a beautiful view!

The condo needs a good cleaning! The drapes are so dirty. The balcony needs pressure washed and furniture replaced as cushions are past their prime and wicker is falling apart all of which are not said or shown in the pictures. The king bed you need a pole vault to jump into depending on your height. There is no campus map in the room and one of the outdoor pools was closed the entire time of my stay. Stove top glass needs serious cleaning. Sectional couch past its prime cushions all sunken in so hard to get out of in some spots. Just overall cleanliness was an issue that was misleading from the photos!
