This 4th floor Majestic end unit in Tower 1 (The more desirable tower) large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.
*****Never take an elevator your entire stay at the Majestic. There is a stairwell directly in front of the condo and you can take 2 flights down the the pool and beach level. The elevator lines at the Majestic can get pretty long in the peak season****
TOWER 1 AT THE MAJESTIC
* 2 Master suites – Each with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom. (New king bed in the main master bedroom For 2023 season)
The oceanfront master has a king size bed a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony. The connected private bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a jacuzzi tub.
The 2nd master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen tv, and its own private balcony overlooking the pool.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 QUEEN sized beds, a large flat screen tv and a private bathroom
The 4th bedroom is a newly remodeled bunk room with a brand new bunk bed set.
The living room has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, access to the private wrap around balcony and a new 70 inch flat screen TV and new couches!
All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.
This Unit is an end unit on the 4th floor, it offers amazing wrap around views of PCB! The condo is an end unit and from the wrap around balcony you can see perfectly the pool and hot tubs. It is a perfect location to watch your children swim at the pool from the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

We loved our stay in this condo. The pools and building were very well kept. The view was incredible, we woke up to dolphins jumping around in the distance more than once. It had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Some of the bathrooms were a little dated but perfectly fine. Beds were comfy. There were restaurants, an arcade, and beach hangouts in walking distance.

everything was good, but there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 4 day trip in a condo that fit 12, so there just wasn’t enough.

I don't want to bash the rental unit but it wasn't 100% clean, however, the price we paid for our weeks was well below average so for that we were thrilled. We had just drove 9 hours and just wanted to chill, however my wife had to disinfect all 3 bathrooms upon arrival, the kitchen counters were not wiped down and the dining room table had multiple stains. I think the unit remained empty for a bit because there was dust on most items. Then through no fault of the owners, we were awakened at 1 am by the maintenance and security team due to a water leak from our unit to the units below. Subsequently our water was shut off. I will add, after the few disruptions in the first 4 days there, and the water issue, ECDI compensated us, with gift cards, which were appreciated. It's a nice large unit with great views, just not sure if we will come back again.
