Beautiful view!!!! It was the best thing about this condo. The jet tub blew black particles out into the water when I used it. We had issues with all of the bathroom doors either not locking or getting stuck. The dryer took several cycles to dry the clothes. The owner did send maintenance in to address the issues I messaged them about. The toilet in the 2nd master bedroom ran constantly and would not flush by the handle. The shared bathroom shower leaked into the hallway and had to be wiped up with towels after it was used. The condo is in need of a very deep cleaning. The couches are filthy and uncomfortable & need to be replaced. The parking is very inconvenient and would be difficult if not impossible for anyone with health issues. The condo was well stocked and the check in process was super convenient. I needed an extra parking pass and called management who said I could get one for $30, I agreed and then they told me they would wave the fee if I gave them a 5 star review!! I was shocked and wondered how many other people they’ve bribed for good reviews. I wish I would have paid more attention to the reviews and found a different condo to rent. This condo has a lot of potential but it needs some upgrades and some tlc.
