La Dolce Vita is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway! The kitchen has all of the necessary appliances you will need during your stay. The dining table seats 8 for the entire crew to have a delicious meal together, and extra seating at the bar! The living room features new sofas , and there is a huge balcony for all to take in the sights of the Gulf for miles! There are 2 Gulf Front Master Suites, one features a King bed and the other features 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The 4th bedroom offers a twin over full bunkbed with a twin size trundle.
There is parking at Ocean Ritz & there is also extra parking across the street for your convenience. You will be located right in the middle of Panama City Beach with easy access to restaurants and Walmart. So whether you want to walk down to the beach, or take in the Gulf front pool, La Dolce Vita has everything you will need!

Property is exactly as described. Lots of space, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, large balcony.I was impressed with the high ceilings, crown molding and upgraded bathrooms. Pool was not enormous but was heated which was a definite plus in November! 12 People slept comfortably in the bedrooms (8 adults and 4 kids) and there was also a sleeper sofa in the living room which we did not use. We will definitely consider returning here!

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Our room was beautiful. We enjoyed the unit. Everything was clean. The facility had an elevator issue which was not mentioned with booking information. They have 2 elevators, one we were informed had been down since September. The other broke down the first evening we were there and we had to walk 19 floors numerous times. We had to call the facility numerous times and were given different numbers to contact. We had a guest showing up who was not able to walk stairs and thankfully they fixed the issue. However, with one elevator for the amount of guests and condo units you often had to wait 10-15 minutes for an elevator. It was very inconvenient for us and especially when bringing grocery items upstairs. Overall the unit was beautiful, but the elevator made the stay less convenient for us.
