This luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo sleeps 13 and features 2 Gulf Front Master Suites. Plenty of space to bring the entire crew & vacation in style!
Includes 2 FREE beach service sets. 4 padded lounge chairs and 2 large umbrellas directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $80/day $480/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.
If you're looking for a spot that has an upscale experience with a homey feel, this is the place for you! When going into the bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom. Each side features Gulf Front Suites. Both of them have King size beds with their own private access to the 500 sq. foot balcony. One of the guest bedrooms features 1 King bed & 1 Twin bed, and the other features a Bunk Room with 3 Full Size beds. Ocean Ritz has its own amenities on property such as a pool, spa, sauna, steam room, & fitness center. There is also 24 hour security and 2 elevators for your convenience and safety. Overall it was a good stay. Condo could use some updates but it was clean. We had some issues with the WiFi but figured out that the WiFi name was 1101 and not 1103.

The condo is fairly nice. It's showing some age. There is something weird going on with the building, however. During high winds, you can hear something vibrating and pieces of the drywall mud on the ceiling starts falling to the floor. I also have a problem with the side by side fridge/freezer. You can't open the freezer fully because it's up against the wall. It was a minor inconvenience. With those couple of things being said, everything else was great. I had the same problems last year, but I happily came back, and I will again. The huge balcony and 4 bathrooms are major selling points to me.

Love the location for this property. It’s close to restaurants and activities and the Gulf view is gorgeous. The beds were comfortable but the living room furniture only sits five people and wasn’t very comfortable. The internet was very poor. Crashing occasionally and lagging while watching shows.
