At the Beautiful Majestic Beach Resort - TOWER 1
This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.
* 2 Master suites – Each with a KING size beds and on-suite bathroom.
The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 QUEEN size beds and a large flat screen TV.
The 4th bedroom has twin size bunk beds with a flat screen TV.
The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.
All bedrooms have large flat screen TVs and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.
This Condo is on the 2nd floor (not too high like many units, but still with a great view of the ocean & you or your kids are never hostage to the elevator in this Condo!), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom. The additional wrap around balcony also overlooks the outdoor pools and the Majestic's H20 Bar & Grill located on the pool deck!
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

Had a great stay couch was ripped on cushions hot water heater was leaking and smelled bad needs more blankets but would stay again

Overall the stay was average. Not great but also not terrible. Could have used some more plates, cups and silverware. The place was okay on cleanliness. There was lots of dust on the utility closet, trash (used tampon applicator) under the TV stands. The refrigerator water filter light was on all week. We had black stuff come out of the jets in the tub. The porch had some spots that were pretty gross looking but the location was great. Loved not having to use the elevator daily and able to use the steps. Most of the backs of the remotes were either missing or broken so couldn’t control the TV in the room with 2 queens. The backs of cushions on the couch were ripped up and several stains on furniture. Some of kitchen cabinets were also falling apart.

The property was good size for our group. We were on the 2nd floor and there were elevators close so that made it very convenient. The view wasn't the best because there were palm trees right in front of the balcony. The only real concern I had was the cleanliness of the unit. When we first arrived the washer was filthy and we didn't have a broom or mop in the unit to even clean the door. I did email the property manager though and she had a broom delivered and then a service man came the next day to fix the washer. Our comforter on the master bed had dried food all over it and they had just turned it over instead of washing it so I had wash it. The dryer also took about 2 hours to dry a load of clothes. This is not huge stuff but for almost 6000.00 for the week it would be good if stuff was in better shape. None of this stopped us from having an amazing time though and we love the Majestic. Oh yeah, and the cushions on the couch were ripped. So to the owner, you may want to do some upgrades and find a better cleaning company but the size of the unit is wonderful for a big family like ours and when I did have a problem the response was in a prompt manner.
