Stunning 1 bedroom + bunk room, 2 bath GULF FRONT unit located on the 17th floor offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. There are amazing amenities like indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, movie theater, steam room, tennis courts,deli market, Starbucks and lots of sightseeing surrounds this spacious and elegant condo. We wish we could have stayed longer than the 5 days. My kids loved the pool and the ocean was right there

We planned a trip with multiple families for our kid's senior spring break so multiple families stayed at the Majestic for the week with a variety of age children. The facility had something for all of us. The high schoolers enjoyed the gym and hot tubs while the younger kids loved the multiple pools. The parents enjoyed the bar! Beach= everyone! The parking/unloading process was well-organized. The Spring Break rules are strict in PCB and the teens felt targeted by security since the group was large but as the week went on they eased up. The strictness on the beach and with the teens was the only upsetting part of our trip since we all paid for them to be there and have a good time. Our condo owner contacted me concerned about the foot traffic seen going in our room but once I explained our situation and reassured him we were supervising and following the 6 occupant rule he was very understanding. The kids would meet up or hang out temporarily in all of our rooms throughout our stay. I felt communication was great with the owner and all instructions were explained clearly. In the future, I will look for rooms that include beach chair service since it is pricy for the week but that was a choice I made when booking. The room had all we needed for the week and we felt comfortable coming and going. It was a basic condo but was exactly what we expected for the price. Our group enjoyed the bar across the street and a couple of the food options located around the hotel.

No one sent me any check-in instructions. When I tried to contact the owner, I got no response. When I called VRBO directly, I got no help. They wanted to put me up in a motel. I refused and they said they would refund my money. It took me hours to find this condo so I wasnt about to waste anymore time looking for another. As I was illegally parked, Having no parking permit because I could not get into the condo, I asked the security guard if he could go into the condo and get the parking permit for me while I wasted vacation time fixing this problem. To my amazement, the security guard got an answer from the owner and got me in. Several hours of my vacation time were used up. VRBO should give their fees to this security guard since he was the only person who helped me. The owner claims he did not get my four e-mails or VRBO's attempts to contact him on my behalf. That needs to be looked into so that it does not happen to any one else.
