Easy check-in and the communication with the host was great. The view out from the living room windows was breathtaking with beautiful views of the ocean waves and nightly sunsets. The place was conveniently located in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing your own meals. Onsite assigned parking was a big bonus. Highly recommend.

Overlooking Pacific Beach, the location of Tom's condo couldn't be in a better location for sun and surf in San Diego! The unit is modest, but perfect for 2 and well stocked with all the basics some rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, but, hey, it's a beachfront property with a great view and ocean breezes. It's appropriately priced.

We stayed 11 nights at Tom’s apartment and have already booked another stay for next year. It was comfortable, well stocked, well located in the city, and the view from the living room window and proximity to the beach is unreal! You can open the window, sit on the couch and feel the ocean breeze. Highly recommend

The magnificent view from the big window is the reason to stay here! Watch the waves, the weather, the birds, the passers-by. (And, alas, the rough sleepers, who never bother anyone, but who are less than scenic.) Just two steps onto the boardwalk and the beach and two minutes to legendary Kono's for coffee and breakfast. Everything is perfectly comfortable, the furniture is plain and pleasing, and the apartment is blessedly free from cutesy seaside objects. The bed, while very soft, produced some great sleep. Lots of room for clothes. Still, the kitchen could do with a bit of a refresh. The dishwasher is not great, the drip coffee maker is ancient, the frying pans don't sit flat on the stove. No omelette is possible! If you don't plan to do much cooking, however, this doesn't matter. Lots of restaurants nearby. Everything the previous tenants have brought and discarded remains in the cupboards, which is probably meant to be useful, but which needs culling. There's no room for new dry food. These are minor quibbles, however. I'd come back.

This was the best place we have every stayed in Pacific Beach, and we have been going there for over 30 years. My husband and I stayed in this condo for six days and it was perfect for our beach getaway. The location is perfect to enjoy beautiful sunsets and within easy walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. The grocery store is close by if you plan to do your own cooking. It was a wonderful surprise to have brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella. Other rentals we've stayed in left us with rusty broken down equipment to use. The owner, Tom, was on top of any communication we had and very responsive. Check-in was super easy! If I may make one suggestion, it would be to install a pull down shade behind the blinds in the bedroom because of the bright outside walkway lighting. We would definitely love to stay here again!!

We have previously stayed at this property. It was just two of us, but the property could easily accommodate more. We had perfect weather for our stay and nearby, our many nice restaurants and activities to do. The property owner has everything there for you to enjoy the nearby ocean with the boardwalk right outside your window. Beach towels, boogie boards, etc. are all readily available as is the ocean. I do not see how anybody staying here would not appreciate the experience. The owner has the place very clean and well equipped. Excellent Wi-Fi as well as a very good television package that has Al most all of sports channels are available. We definitely hope on returning at sometime.

Overall the property was nice and had all things you would need, except there is no AC and it was muggy and hot inside the property even with all the fans on the entire time. There was no document of information so we didn’t know where the laundry facilities were, which we eventually figured out but never knew where to take out our garbage. Building security was great and the location and view was phenomenal!
