Amazing beachfront condo complex, doesn’t get any better!

This condo is a gem right on the Pacific Beach boardwalk. The location alone is hard to beat. The king size bed was comfortable, and we never had to hunt for towels. The underground parking with a private spot was a real convenience, especially for a beach area where street parking can be a headache.What we really appreciated were the little extras: beach chairs and an umbrella were provided, which made it easy to just head straight to the sand without hauling gear. The boogie board is a nice touch too, though the ocean water was on the colder side during our stay, so we didn't get as much use out of it as we hoped.One thing I'd love to see added is bikes. We previously rented a different unit in the same building and had access to them, and they made exploring the area so much more fun. Hopefully that becomes a standard amenity across all units.Overall a great stay with a great setup. Frances was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely come back.

Location was great! Short walk to shops, coffee, and restaraunts. Host was awesome, responding to questions. Parking was secure, and condo had everything we needed!

Loved how close the condo was to the beach. It was my favorite part. It was fun watching the surfers. It was nice to have the beach chairs & umbrella to use. We also enjoyed the walking/ riding path in front of the unit & visited the shops along the way. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. It was handy to have the parking place in the garage, since so many parking areas need to be paid for. The parking garage is more suited for shorter vehicles, so we had to trade a larger SUV vehicle to fit inside the garage.Glad I brought my eye mask as the light outside the bedroom window was on all night. Even though you can’t see the ocean from the unit, you can still hear the ocean waves, which I love. The kitchen was well-stocked, including charcoal briquettes. The owner was helpful & responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

Lively beach scene. Lots of people, dogs, surfers, bikers, skate boarders, young crowd generally. Unit was well situated to enjoy restaurants and the beach. The unit itself was dark, dated and cluttered.
