My wife and I purchased this lovely condo and are working hard to make it your dream come true vacation, and will do anything we can to make your stay memorable. The condo has it all; 2 full bedrooms and each has it own full bath. Enjoy your quiet morning coffee overlooking the Pacific Ocean waves from your private deck. Walk to local restaurants and shopping. The sandy beach is a just 20 steps from the condo. Laundry just down the halfway. Underground secure parking for your vehicle, Jacuzzi. Fantastic common area with an unobstructed view of the beach and historic Crystal Pier ideal for reading, enjoying a cocktail, those afternoon naps or people watching. Excellent location in Pacific Beach right near Crystal Pier. The condo has everything you need.The hot tub in the common area is nice, however, it's way too foamy because people use it coming in from the beach...

Location was excellent, however, you do need to be prepared to listen to the very loud bars located right near by! Since the apartment has no A/C, keeping the windows closed to lesson the booming sounds of music at midnight made the air inside the apartment a bit close. There weee excellent ceiling fans and floor fans to accommodate.

The condo is right on the beach with tons of restaurants and shops in walking distance. We rented surf boards at a shop near by. The host has tons of fun beach toys to keep everyone occupied for hours. Bring quarters for the community washer/dryer. When we were there the host had plenty of spices and condiments. There is a grocery store across the street. I wish I would have gone to the condo first (we went to the store first) to get an idea of what they had in the fridge/pantry.

Property was in a great location and Dale was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Unit was well stocked with beach gear, games, and kitchen gear. It did tend to get loud on weekend nights with the bar across the street, but my kids are all teens and stayed up past 11 so it didn’t bother us too much. One night I needed to play white noise on my phone, but slept fine with that. It did get warm in the afternoons with no AC, but cooled down in the evenings with the ocean breeze.

We had a great time here and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Plenty of space in the unit. Excellent balcony view of the pier and ocean. Given some of the bars nearby, evenings could be a bit noisy, but an overall fantastic stay!

We stayed 10 days a family of 5 Dad mom 2 17 yr olds & 1 eleven yr old boy the kids liked the Internet. I liked the Cable in each room.The bedrooms are great 1 closet is Loaded with beach gear. The good folding chairs so you can pack up on the beach when your ready to Cruise to lunch on the cool,lazy, breezy BoardWalk. Shop, eat rent bikes,or just do nothing but enjoy the lovely waves (not too big 3~5ft) hot sand and the hypnotic smells only found at the beach. The kitchen is totally & fully stocked to cook reheat make coffee and its nice to have a brand new sponge & papertowels. Plenty of soap for dishes or a couple loads of laundry,ample counter space.A nice dining table well lit for laptops or eating together. Each room has a nice ceiling fan Plus extra fans i get hot so having 2 fans was great. The balcony is nice just right for coffee early mornings while the sleepy beach comes alive. My only complaint is I should of booked 14 dys instead of 10! The landlord responded quickly to our request for an extra 1 hour to pack up thank you for that! Great price tooi have been coming to PB 30 yrs still the same cool surfer beach family friendly community! PS. The ice cream place since 1948 soooo amazing we went every night! Banana Cream Pie Do Not Miss it!

We stayed here for our spring break and it was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Beach, restaurants and grocery store was all right there. We did lots of excursions to sights like downtown, Balboa Park, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Cabrillo and Mission beach. Everything was less than 20 min away for this place which was great. We are not big into the nightlife, but if you are this is by far the place to be. Of course being on the beach was the highlight and our boys loved using the boogie they had in the condo-thanks!

We had a positive experience staying in this property in surfer/beach town of PB. Being in the heart of beach and boardwalk there are lots of college students, transience and continuous parties. Thankfully, unit is on 3rd floor. Great location to explore surrounding area (La Jolla is less than 15 minutes and just 30 minutes south to San Diego) while many bars and restaurants were within walking distance.

First, none of the issues we had are with the owner or the property; they have nothing to do with the externathe condo was basically fine, but the noise from the bar across the street was over the top at times, as was the 630 am garbage truck noise. PB/MB property owners have probsbly done this, but they need to get together and have the cith doe something sbout the homeless/street people. They create an environment that is at times unsafe with their aggressive behavior and noise

Great location

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The bedrooms and bathrooms are as shown in the pictures. The dining room table was quite large and able to seat five comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and we liked the ample counter space to prepare meals and move food and dishes across to the table. Each bedroom and dining/living room have remote control fans at various speeds which come in handy to move air around. The balcony is small, but large enough for a couple of people to sit and has a great view of the ocean where we watched the sunset. The dining and music venue across the street can be a bit noisy on Saturday night in particular, but it did not detract from the overall experience. We'll come again - thanks Dale!

Communication and check-in were easy and prompt. The condo was very clean upon checking in. We've previously stayed in other units in this building and the updates to this particular unit make it much nicer than others. We appreciated all the extras - the beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Beds were comfy, the ceiling fans are a great feature, plenty of kitchen supplies. We'd definitely stay here again!

Very nice place and steps from the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything you’ll need in the kitchen including chilled glasses in the freezer. Umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys and more! Our only complaint was the weekend night time noise the bars and people are very loud into all hours of the night
