Step into this bright, blissful, and modern beach retreat in Pacific Beach! Cozy Cove by the Beach is a third-floor oceanfront condo in the Ocean Point Vacation Rentals complex, offering stunning boardwalk and ocean views, minimalist decor, and an open living space designed for relaxation and fun. Perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a peaceful seaside getaway.
The open living area features a sofa that pulls out into a queen-size bed. Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom offer cable and streaming access (guest credentials required). Games are provided in the foyer sideboard for cozy game nights.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel LG appliances, including refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, electric stovetop and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, and ample pantry and cupboard space. Dining table seats 5 (6 if using desk chair), perfect for meals with family or friends while watching sunrise surfers just outside the windows.
Workspace: Adjacent to the kitchen, a convenient work area with fast, private Wi-Fi allows you to work or study while listening to the ocean waves.
Master Bedroom: King bed, smart TV, in-suite bathroom, ocean views, large closets with portable fans, hangers, 2 laundry hampers, shelving, and additional storage. The master bathroom features a dual vanity, tub/shower combo with hand-held showerhead, ample storage, dimmable lighting, and extra linens.
Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds, bright and playful decor, large mirrored closet, dresser, and shelving. Beach gear, cleaning supplies, and baby equipment (available for rent) are stored here.
Guest Bathroom: Separate full bathroom with walk-in shower (step-in required), hand-held showerhead, spacious vanity, cupboard and drawer storage, and dimmable lighting.
Beach & Outdoor Gear: Beach chairs, sand toys, towels, blankets, boogie boards, and a bike are provided in the guest bedroom closet.

Excellent location and nice to have a garage. Clean kitchen and bathrooms and a beautiful view made for an enjoyable stay. Pots and pan need to be replaced. They are badly scratched and stained. All furniture is low end and throw pillows should be replaced. Sharp kitchen knives, Pyrex, and stainless bowls were nice. There is no in unit washer and dryer but laundry room in the garage looked nice. All the soap products provided were very nice too. Main bldg is worn but quiet and tidy. We could not hear our neighbors. We kept our windows open a lot. The beach waves were wonderful to listen to, with just a bit of random outdoor pedestrian and car noise at night. Garage entrance is very steep with a 6’ clearance. The Parking spot was tight, but our Dodge Durango rental fit fine. The rental management company communication was very good.

Exceptionally clean condo with consistent tastful / cheerful modern decor throughout. On the quieter end of the beachfront, which we loved but still close to restaurants. Parking was convenient and secure.

The view is unbeatable and the condo is lovely. The management is pretty quick to respond if you notice any issues. The parking spot can be tight if there are vehicles on either side of you, but it worked out ok for us in a Jeep Renegade. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook with, and the grocery store is a half mile away. Lots of cute places nearby to shop and dine at. Even if all you do is sit by the window to read and watch surfers, you will love this condo. They supply some beach toys—my family enjoyed taking the boogie boards out. These were high quality and durable, not the cheap ones. Recommend!

We’ve used Nancy’s vacation properties two years in a row and it did not disappoint! The location at PB is ideal. Check in was super easy and the condo was clean and perfect for our trip. We had an ideal location right on the beach with easy in and out access. Bathrooms were modern and nice, the kitchen had everything I needed to made breakfast and dinner, and the view was ideal. We chose to use our parking spot for our bikes and park on the street, and even with our F150 we had no trouble getting parking for 10 days. Our truck is always a little too tall for these older San Diego garages, but we knew that going in. Laundry was easy and convenient. The garage was secure and safe. We only used the pool once, since we have a pool at home and would rather be at the beach, but it was clean and easy to access. We liked the hose in the front to rinse before going upstairs. We could walk to the grocery store and all restaurants, and we biked easily to Belmont Park. The windows were great at soundproofing- our kids can’t sleep with the sounds of the ocean or fireworks, but all we had to do was close the windows and it was nice and quiet. Shout out to Nancy’s for answering the phone at 10:45 PM on a Saturday night- we had extended our stay by a day and for some reason our door code stopped working. I called, got a live person, and was back into our place within 5 minutes. They were also very communicative during the whole trip! All in all a great stay with no complaints!
