Ocean front cozy corner suite with stunning unobstructed white water ocean views and invigorating ocean breezes. Nestled in the heart of Pacific Beach, 30 seconds from the famous Pacific Beach Boardwalk and walking distance to the lively Garnet Avenue where you can enjoy a variety of delicious food, pubs and clubs. Centrally located in San Diego, this beachfront condo is close to Downtown San Diego, The San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Seaworld, Belmont Amusement Park and the Crystal Pier. The giant wall of glass windows bring the outside in. When the blinds are up it transforms the living spaces into private balconies over looking the Pacific Ocean. Please come and enjoy the panoramic views.

My home is very easy to access. You will enter through a lobby and collect your key at the lock boxes. There is a parking spot for you in the garage. The pool, spa and rooftop terrace are shared.

Pacific Beach has everything you want. Whether you prefer to spend your time with your family at the beach in peace and quiet or hanging out late with your friends at night there's always something to do. The neighborhood is very safe, there is constant police on patrol. If its peace you are looking for, avoid garnet ave and mission blvd between 10pm and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. If it's a party, you will find it on those streets in full swing on Friday and Saturday. Also, don't miss Taco Tuesday which is celebrated everywhere in Pacific Beach. No matter what your style is, there's something for you here in Sunny San Diego!

Wanna get around? Nearby are bike rentals, scooter rentals like Bird and Lime, and taxis. But my favorite way of transportation in San Diego is Uber or Lyft. I have them both downloaded and check to see which gives me the best deal for a quick trip. Of course, you can always rent a car and use your included parking spot. Just don't forget to avoid traffic between 3pm to 6pm!

The beach view is wonderful. Listening to the sound of waves made sleep time lovely. The property is in a great location - walkable to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm.

I would give a 4.5 star if able to, but we had a great time in PB & recommend this unit.Pros: The view from this unit is AMAZING! The location is great & easily walkable to restaurants & shops. The parking space was large & right across from the elevator which was convenient. Everything you need for a day at the beach like beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, wakeboards & kids beach toys were supplied. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn't cook. The beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. Matthew was responsive .Cons: One of the bedroom doors didn't close.There were no screens on the sliding glass doors or in the window in the bedroom which was not ideal since you need to keep the doors open to keep the place cool. We were lucky until the last night when a huge bug flew in & it was a pain to get him out. The fans in both bathrooms didn't work. One of the floor boards in the living room was raised which could be a tripping hazard. The rooftop deck was a disappointment. The pool was ok, but you have to walk about a 1/2 block to get there.The washer/dryer is not in the unit, but shared w/other units on the floor. The cost to wash/dry was reasonable though.

The property was clean and had a great location - right on the beach and by a boardwalk. The main TV was good quality. However, the door to the property was really difficult to open and close and lock, most doors didn’t shut all the way, the sliding doors did not lock either. One kitchen cabinet door was falling off. The listing said there were balconies, but you could barely stand on them they were so small. The Keurig only worked if we pressed down on it really hard the entire time and a lot of things could use some updates.

We enjoyed our stay, we love this condo, some attention needed is 2nd bedroom the lights did not work, check the bulbs maybe? One outlet in this bedroom worked on and off, it’s located right by the bedroom door, the window in this bedroom did not open, could not get the fresh ocean air, we still loved the place!

Location was amazing! Very well organized if you were going to have a beach day- chairs, toys available. Downside: We only had one key for 3 adults and you needed a key to come and go. There was no coffee maker or kettle, just a keurig machine (we brought coffee). Only one drinking glass, one wine glass… kitchen was a bit limited… but again- view was perfection!

The condo had a great location. But we had some issues. There was no WiFi and communication with the owner was nonexistent. This was a major problem since we were trying to book excursions online. Also, hair dryer and coffee maker didn’t work.

Overall good quality and nice of them to have some beach equipment / boards and chairs to use. Did have a few light bulbs out, and some outlet plugs have some issues. Having two bigger TV's were also nice. Certainly relaxing to sleep to the sounds of the waves at night. Good location besides the beach for restaurants and other shops.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit in Capri by the Sea. Wonderful space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We used the boogie boards and chairs provided everyday. Also loved the rooftop grills to use. The view cannot be beat anywhere in north PB. Parking space is very convenient and fits a large vehicle. Easy walk to the beach and Kona's for coffee/breakfast. We loved it and will definitely stay here again!!!

This Vrbo could’ve been great, but a few issues made it disappointing. It is a nice location but it’s very busy with a lot of 20 something’s. Since the condo didn’t have air conditioning you had to leave the sliding doors and windows open to stay cool, which did not have screens to keep out bugs, and the skunky aroma of marijuana was not nice to fall asleep to. The address we were given by the host wasn’t correct so we spent half hour trying to find the place; including the name of the building could’ve helped. The actual condo needs to be updated, but only including one wash cloth and one blanket in a 2bed 2bath condo is not right. Also when you have a condo on the beach a vacuum or at least a broom should be a requirement. So in all I would not recommend this Vrbo and would not stay there again.

My wife and I stayed at Mathew's VRBO with my in-laws. We had a great time. The condo was clean, neat, and right next to the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The ocean views from all rooms were amazing. It was great having the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and the boogie boards. Pacific Beach is our favorite in San Diego and Mathew's condo is right in the heart of it. We parked our vehicle in the covered garage and walked everywhere we needed to go. There's a great grocery store within walking distance as well. One thing, we wished there would have been an coffee maker other than a Keurig, single cup machine. Not a huge deal. Plenty of coffee shops nearby. Can't wait to stay here again. Thanks, Mathew!

Our family of 4 (2 Adults and 2 Teenagers) had a great time at the condo and beach. The views of the beach and Crystal Pier were awesome. We spent time on the beach, which is probably a 100 feet or so away from the condo. Visited Crystal Pier, which is less than a quarter mile away. Ate at some delicious restaurants and picked up some souvenirs. It was fun and very relaxing. The perfect week at the beach!

Great condo building, perfect location, easy beach access and nice to have beach supplies. But condo needs a few things fixed, and could use more towels and wash cloths (only had 1 wash cloth) and dish cloths! Floors were pretty gritty when we arrived. Overall it was a good place to stay!

The Capri by the Sea Condos are amazing and in an ideal location! The building security is great and the pool/hot tub add a wonderful touch to any vacation. The owner provides beach gear, which is a bonus and one of the reasons we chose this particular unit. Unfortunately, this condo is outdated, worn, and extremely dirty. There were also a couple broken appliances and a broken window in a bedroom that were safety hazards. The owner said he would provide a partial discount because the kitchen sink was broken for a couple days of our stay, but he never followed through and didn't respond to the query when asked at the end of our stay. I would absolutely stay at Capri by the Sea again but never in this particular condo.

The location of the property was picture perfect! Views from every window and door of the property. Matthew was a great host, very communicative with us throughout the stay. However the property needs to be updated. The blinds in the bedroom did not let down so we had to place a blanket over the middle window during the night. The televisions also did not work in the property which isn’t major if you are not a television family however we are so that was a little disappointing. Other updates of amenities would also be beneficial to the property.

The view and the location were amazing. However, the floors were filthy. It was very dusty. It sleeps 6 but they were only five towels, two blankets and two hand towels. The beach was immediately out front. Many stores and restaurants in walking distance. Rented bikes, which was very fun. 10 minutes to La Jolla to see the sea lions. Close to a Airport and coranado also. many of the drawers were broken. The toaster oven was broken. The dryer in the laundry facility didn’t work. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken. The remote in that bedroom didn’t have any batteries. The hairdryer was broken and the top shelf of the dishwasher was broken. we did not try to reach the manager.

The 4th floor beachfront condo is spacious with outstanding views. The assigned underground parking spot was a big plus in crowded PB. Nicely furnished. Terrific location. Quiet building. Kitchen is very nice, just needs a restock on some minor items that seem to be missing. The property owner/manager was immediately responsive to me when I texted him to fix broken window blinds. Overall, we had a great rental experience and I would stay in this unit again.

Beautiful view, loved the beach toys, chairs, wave boards, indoor games etc. Very kid friendly ! Our 8 year old grandson wanted us to miss our plane so we could stay longer. He did not want to leave. He said someday he was going to bring his grandkids here!

This is a repeat rental for us because the unit is amazing and the customer service from Matt is also amazing-if and when needed. He is responsive and friendly and very willing to help. He is a great owner/manager! The unit itself is well equipped and I do a fair amount of cooking when we are there-the only thing missing was a spatula, but that was easily solved with a trip to Vons!! The furniture in the living area is very comfortable and the beds are very nice as well. There are plenty of towels and beach towels so that you don't have to do a lot of laundry if you are staying more than one week. The view is perfect for watching the waves crash and you can catch some amazing sunsets while you are at it! I would recommend this unit for your 2 bedroom/2 bathroom needs at the beach. (I only hope after this that the unit is available when I want it!!!!!) Thanks for the hospitality~we will be back!

This was our family's first stay using Vrbo and everything was great. The condo is beautiful and clean. It was just as described- a corner unit with wonderful views! Matthew had everything we could possibly need (and then some) and was easy to reach if we would have had any issues, which we didn't. The location can't be beat as your view from the master bedroom and the living room is of the Pacific Ocean and we got to enjoy the sunset right from the comfort of the condo! We would definitely stay here again.

The view was amazing - it’s a corner apt so beach views from two sides. The beach below was very nice and it’s just north of Crystal Pier It was well furnished (except oddly it lacked a spatula). There were beach chairs and towels which was very nice. The only downside is that’s it’s a bit far from the downtown where we spent most evenings. Otherwise a perfect stay
