this beautiful 850 sq ft unit, on the beach, has heat, 2 cable televisions, wireless internet, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher & microwave, coffee maker, pillows, mattress pads & bedspreads. One secured parking in lower lot just steps away from elevator which can also take you to north roof terrace with 360 degree view, laundry & trash at end of unit walkway, this building is safe & quiet. Located in pacific beach, dining, shopping and ocean walk are within walking distance.

We loved staying in Jim's beautiful beach condo. So spacious and clean! The Murphy bed worked out especially well for us. I love listening to the ocean at night and the bed is just a few feet from the door. It's a little unwieldy but we quickly learned to support the bed from the sides so as to easily slide the supporting leg into place. Putting the bed up and down literally takes seconds. This bed was very comfortable as were the beds in the bedroom. The choice of furnishings is excellent with plenty of open space and comfortable seating for enjoying the beautiful view. The closet is filled with everything you need for a great day at the beach, including a drying rack for hanging damp towels and swim suits. Jim was out of town when we arrived, but walked us through everything over the phone. He was available via text with a very quick response time throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect for our daughter who couldn’t get enough of the ocean. We loved all the beach items that were provided, too.

This was the PERFECT spot for the best views, easy access to the beach and the pier, shops, and so many fun restaurants/bars. Jim (host) was more than helpful with a tour of the property, easily reachable, and kind! I have definitely favorite this place for the next time I'm I'm San Diego!
