Ocean front cozy corner suite with stunning white water ocean views and invigorating ocean breezes. Nestled in the heart of Pacific Beach, 30 seconds from the famous Pacific Beach Boardwalk and walking distance to the lively Garnet Avenue where you can enjoy a variety of delicious food, pubs and clubs. Centrally located in San Diego, this beachfront condo is close to Downtown San Diego, The San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Seaworld, Belmont Amusement Park and the Crystal Pier. The giant wall of glass windows bring the outside in. When the blinds are up it transforms the living spaces into private balconies over looking the Pacific Ocean. Please come and enjoy the panoramic views.

My home is very easy to access. You will enter through a lobby and collect your key at the lock boxes. There is a parking spot for you in the garage. The pool, spa and rooftop terrace are shared.

Pacific Beach has everything you want. Whether you prefer to spend your time with your family at the beach in peace and quiet or hanging out late with your friends at night there's always something to do. The neighborhood is very safe, there is constant police on patrol. If its peace you are looking for, avoid garnet ave and mission blvd between 10pm and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. If it's a party, you will find it on those streets in full swing on Friday and Saturday. Also, don't miss Taco Tuesday which is celebrated everywhere in Pacific Beach. No matter what your style is, there's something for you here in Sunny San Diego!

Wanna get around? Nearby are bike rentals, scooter rentals like Bird and Lime, and taxis. But my favorite way of transportation in San Diego is Uber or Lyft. I have them both downloaded and check to see which gives me the best deal for a quick trip. Of course, you can always rent a car and use your included parking spot. Just don't forget to avoid traffic between 3pm to 6pm!

This VRBO was a beautiful location with a view right on the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and it is perfect for handicap accessibility. However, the amenities were less than acceptable. The showerhead in both bathrooms were very poor. The garbage disposable did not work. And the ceiling fans also were very poor that if you turned them on, you’re afraid they were gonna fall on you. Also, the windows had no screens so if you wanted any airflow you had to contend with some bugs that would fly in.

Our annual weekend getaway at this condo was great as always. You cannot beat the views, location and amenities of this condo. This is our 5th or 6th time staying here and it is always great. It could use a good deep clean and a fresh coat of paint, but otherwise is perfect.

We had a fabulous girls weekend in PB. The location near the end of the ocean walk was perfect! Close but not too close. The condo was spacious and had beautiful views! The amenities in the condo are a little dated, but comfortable and well supplied. Matt was very responsive and checkin/checkout was a breeze. We very much enjoyed the extra level of security from the front desk (and they kept our instacart order behind the desk)!

The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and shops. It was a cute beach area and felt very safe. The condo itself is so nice and THE VIEWS!!! The condo does not have AC but it was a pleasant surprise. It gets cool at night, so we opened the sliding door and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean all night. I would (and already have) recommend to stay here. I would stay here again.

The property definitely needs some love. It looks great in the listing and could be a wonderful place to stay but there’s a ton of maintenance issues that should be addressed before allowing people to stay here. This is what we had to deal with: The master bathroom sink drain was very slow and smelly. The shower was also slow to drain and would pool several minutes after getting in. The sliding glass doors had inoperable locks and the sliding screen doors were missing. The entire west facing window wall glass was dirty and basically ruined the view. The main entrance door is loose in the frame and needs to be repaired for safety and security. The entire condo unit should undergo a deep cleaning as it is very dusty which affected the allergies of several of our party. We really expected more based on all the excellent prior reviews but this place was a disappointment!

Great corner location with a beautiful view of the ocean. We stayed with our daughter and her family and it was great! We felt very secure and it was quiet and comfortable. The unit was better than expected since the furniture and flooring has been upgraded. Highly recommended.Jim & Rosario

Perfect place to stay for families. Very clean. Location is right on the beach — tons of restaurants in walking distance, It was very clean and nice. My kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The only odd thing we had happen was the address could not be found in apple maps but was found in google maps. So we just used google maps instead . No big deal but just a heads up.

The location was great & the view outstanding. We watched people surfing in the mornings and saw dolphins from our window! Had an issue with the Wi-Fi but was promptly fixed. The blinds in the master wouldn’t pull up unless I stood on a chair and manually adjusted. And there isn’t a blind on the big dining room window.the furniture is updated from the pictures. But please get a better bed for the master room.

Even in the fog and overcast skies we had for a lot of our stay, it was beautiful. We loves being able to fall asleep to the sound of crashing surf, watching surfers and dolphins play in the waves while lounging in our PJs with a cup of tea, and enjoying all this unit had to offer.

It was a perfect spot for our family of four. The ocean view was enough to make us want to spend all of our time in the condo. The condo was comfortable and roomy for our family of four. The check in process was easy, the host was available whenever we had any questions. The location is perfect, within minutes of walking to the restaurants and coffee shops.

The unit is in a wonderful position. It is spacious with spectacular views of the ocean and has beach equipment. It is easy walking distance to everything. The only reason we rated it a 4 and not a 5 star was that the floors were dirty.

This place was really a great location. Perfect views and proximity to beaches, food, etc. They have a lot of beach toys to use too. For the most part it was everything you could want. But then there are the bad things. Check in was a little like playing the amazing race, but overall was smooth. The manager that we spoke with was responsive and professional. We were traveling with a toddler and usually do a decent sweep of the home for baby proofing and found loose pills on the floor, which is pretty terrifying. The big negative was that we were notified about a day before arrival that we would not have access to the master bathroom at all during the days throughout our stay. This was discouraging and we requested to cancel, which they would not provide a refund. We kept our booking and planned to deal with it as we were supposed to still have one bathroom. BUT we arrived back in the unit after swimming to find NO WATER available. Nothing in the bathrooms, kitchen, etc. This left three soaking wet babies with nowhere to rinse off, nowhere to go to the bathroom, and a pretty bad situation. The manager agreed that we should be compensated with some kind of refund, but the owner was only willing to do $150, which we felt was significantly less than deserved. It was too bad, as this review was otherwise a 4. So if you dont have any problems while you are here you are most likely going to be ok with your stay, but I would not expect much from the owner if anything is not to plan.

This is our 4th stay at Matthew’s condo, and each time exceeds the visit prior. The location can’t be beat, great views, and great condo. The couches have been upgraded since our last stay as well. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great time here! It was only a few steps out the door to the beach. The condo had lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids. We loved also having a pool available. We were able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. We didn’t realize there wasn’t air conditioning but with the windows open the ocean breeze kept it at a lovely temperature. We all hated for the week to end.

I had a question about the Wi-Fi and the owner responded quickly. The condo came with beach towels to use plus lots of boards and chairs to use at the beach, which was so helpful!

We stayed here for 1 week. The accommodations were exactly as described. The king sized bed and room was excellent - beautiful sun rises and sun sets everyday, looking out onto the beach and ocean! The shower was nice (rain shower) and there was lots of room! The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds ,- full closet and a dresser with lots of drawers. My daughter and my mom stayed in this room and said it was very comfortable. The living room was excellent and the second bathroom with a tub was nice. Overall, we had a great time! The beach is hopping every day and evening! It is nice to have a security gated area for parking and building security. Everyone was very nice! There is no air conditioning, so you will want the doors and/or fans going. The fan in the king room was great - my mom said the fan in the 2 queen room was very loud. They used the window for air flow. There are lots of towels and extra bedding (pillows and blankets). It was very comfortable! There are also beach toys/chairs etc available- we didn’t use them, but they were in the big closet. The laundry room is right outside the door - very convenient if you need it. This is an end unit, so you have limited neighbours. It was nice and quiet. We loved this place and would definitely come back again! The pictures show a true image of the layout. Thanks you for a wonderful stay! We loved it!

We’ve enjoyed this property many times. I must say it’s time to upgrade several of the furnishings (couch), and at least upgrade the main television to a smart tv and double the size.
