Watch surfers and the ocean activity from your recliner, or capture picture-perfect sunsets through the west-facing windows. Ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking a beautiful beachside retreat.
This third-floor corner condo offers stunning ocean and boardwalk views from nearly every window. Enjoy views of the hills of La Jolla through the north-facing windows. Hardwood cabinets, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and waterproof luxury vinyl flooring create a stylish and comfortable space.
• Bedroom #1 (Master): King bed, Roku TV with Spectrum App, large closet, and all-new furniture
• Bedroom #2: King bed, vanity with sink and mirror, ample storage, and Roku TV with Spectrum App
• Living Room: Queen sofa bed for additional sleeping, new electric fireplace, and ocean views
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and tea makers, cookware, utensils, and all essentials to prepare meals at home
• Beach Gear: Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels stored in the garage cabinet
• Laundry: Large coin-operated facilities in the parking garage. Detergent, hamper, and dryer sheets provided in the unit

• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Minimum Nights: The HOA at this property requires a minimum of 6 nights per booking.
No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. It has heaters for cooler evenings and that wonderful ocean breeze with open windows and doors. Portable a/c units are available to rent for an additional fee. Please contact us to reserve.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry machines are located in the parking garage.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards!
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent at an additional cost for your convenience. Please inquire for details.
We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.

My best friend and I enjoyed our stay. Perfect location with ocean view and right on the boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Hope to be back again.

Great ocean view, location. Beach is outside the building. Many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Pacific Beach has many college students, surfers and tourists. Days are lively but nights are quiet for sleeping. Really happy with this choice. It’s doesn’t have a balcony unfortunately-that would be even better.

The Location and the condo can not be beat. It is so central, walking distance, to everything you really need at the beach. Restaurants, beach, grocery store. Check out the local listings for the events, i.e. farmers markets, they are a great added attraction. We had a hiccup upon arrival but Nancy's made good on the inconvenience. The place is AWESOME!!
