The Space:
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa sleeps up to eight guests on the shores of Chalk Sound National Park in Providenciales, where turquoise water and 360° views surround you. The biggest draw? Direct waterfront access with two kayaks ready to explore one of the Caribbean's most stunning natural lagoons, plus a private pool and hot tub steps from the water's edge.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All three bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own air conditioning, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. The master suite offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom with jetted spa tub and walk-in shower, double sinks, a spacious walk-in closet, and private balcony access. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third features a queen. A second full bathroom serves the additional bedrooms, plus there's a half bath downstairs for convenience.
Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area
Two separate living areas give everyone room to spread out — one with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, the other flooded with natural light and views of the sound. The full kitchen comes with plenty of counter space and everything you need to cook for a crowd. Gather around the indoor dining table for eight, or take your meals outside to the shaded patio table for six overlooking the water.
Outdoor Amenities
The pool deck is where you'll spend most of your time, with cushioned loungers, a hot tub, and unobstructed views across Chalk Sound. A gas grill sits in the shaded area, ready for sunset barbecues. When you're ready to get on the water, a rocky path leads down to the sound where two kayaks wait — guests have spotted sea turtles paddling these calm, shallow waters. Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach are both a five-minute drive.

Stay connected with WiFi throughout the home, and take advantage of the dedicated workspace if you need to log on. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light. Free parking is available on the gated premises. The home is about 15 minutes from central Providenciales, where you'll find snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, Provo Golf Club, restaurants, and shops. Note that all bedrooms are accessed via a narrow spiral staircase — plan to leave large suitcases downstairs and carry items up as needed. A mid-stay cleaning is available with advance notice for an additional fee.

This gorgeous property is located on the west side shores of Chalk Sound National Park, where you’ll be about a 5-minute drive from Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach. The location of the property is one of the most tranquil and serene areas, but no worries, you’ll be within about a 15-minute drive to Providenciales, where you’ll find water activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding, the Provo Golf Club, dining and shopping. Inside the home, you’ll find a guidebook to help you plan your days in paradise.
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 11.4 km or 7.1 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there is parking space at the property.
Other Things to Note:
Please, note that upon booking, you will receive a link to complete our registration form and upload a copy of the ID of all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
Please note that the owner lives on the premises. However, you will have complete privacy and full use of the home during your stay.
There is a spiral staircase inside the home.
There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee.
Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
We kindly ask all guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.
There is an electricity fee of $100 USD for stays longer than 28 nights. Electricity costs are notably high in Turks and Caicos, so please be aware of your consumption by turning off lights and air conditioning when you aren't home.

It was a great stay. The accommodations were excellent. The property is set up with everything you need. It is very private. We had an issue with one of the kayak paddles and the host came through with a replacement in short order. Thank you!

Traveling with two families, we had a great stay at Tropical Retreat! Everything from booking to checkin and checkout was a smooth process!The house is located on the less traveled side of the island, which I prefer! Since we had a rental car, I felt like we got the best of both worlds! We could travel to Grace Bay or Smith’s reef in about 15 minutes, but had the beauty of the sound the best beaches just minutes away. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we would need. Although parts of the house are in need of small repairs, that wasn’t an issue at all for us. The kitchen and dining area are huge, and there are two lounging spaces on the first floor. We didn’t really watch any of the tvs, but they were large and smart TVs. Be aware, the only stairs in the space are a set of narrow spiral stairs up to all three bedrooms. I found this to be a fun quirk of the house, but it may not be for everyone. One of the bedrooms was very spacious, and we were able to set up an air mattress with plenty of remaining space. This bedroom also included a very large walk in closet and bathroom. Water was warm (not hot), but that is what I expected traveling to the island. The other two bedrooms were decent sized, and all had King sized beds (I believe!).The pool seemed fine, although, we didn’t spend anytime there. I really enjoyed the deck that overlooked the water and the path that led down to the water. Two mornings, we saw a flock of flamingos fly overhead!
