This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests (additional fees apply for groups over 8), making it the perfect destination for families and groups seeking an unforgettable Turks & Caicos getaway.
The villa's centerpiece is its breathtaking infinity pool, where panoramic views of the vibrant turquoise waters of Chalk Sound create a truly tranquil setting. From the private dock, guests can swim, kayak, paddleboard, or windsurf in this protected marine sanctuary. Please note that Chalk Sound does not have a beach and is accessible directly from the dock. Because motorized watercraft are prohibited within the sanctuary, the waters remain exceptionally peaceful and pristine.
Thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment, Breezy Palms features a gourmet kitchen, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, and a separate game room complete with a pool table, wet bar, kitchenette, and TV. The villa also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, a full entertainment system, and a private one-bedroom suite with its own terrace and spectacular water views.

Just minutes away are two of the island's most beautiful beaches, Sapodilla Bay Beach and Taylor Bay Beach, both renowned for their soft white sand and calm, shallow turquoise waters. Our stay was excellent. The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful. Location was convenient to beach. Highly recommend and would happily return

We had the most incredible visit! Julian from the management company was awesome and super responsive and gave great recommendations. The house was great and located close to Sapodilla and Taylor Bay which are two of the best beach areas to go to. We did the trip to Grace Bay but was so windy we went back to the house and did a pool day. If there is only a light breeze would recommend using bug spray around the pool area which thankful the house had some. The view from the back of the house is stunning, and the house comes with paddle boards and kayaks but the sound was a little choppy that we actually never used either but didn’t bother us a bit. Highly recommend this house and would absolutely rent again!

This property happily surpassed our expectations. The height at the back allows for a beautiful view. the property is clean and well maintained. The view on chalk sound was wonderful. we would go to different beaches for the day, but come back to our sanctuary of peace.
