Welcome to Off the Grid villa as seen on HGTV's Caribbean Life. A true Caribbean oceanfront vacation. Pamper yourself and let your cares slip away, if even for a few days. This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom private Turks and Caicos rental villa sits directly on the ocean in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Away from the crowds of Grace Bay, to the quieter side of the island known for stunning views of gin clear, turquoise water, white sandy beaches, warm ocean waters, and of course orange tropical sunsets. 4 night minimum required.
This villa is a hidden gem in a slice of paradise. Miles of white sand , calm breezes unlike Grace Bay, and tons of room to explore in and out of the water. Swim, snorkel, kayak, frolic or bask in the sun in our 25 x 18 foot salt water infinity edge swimming pool. At night, dine Alfresco under the stars and listen to...nothing.. only the sounds of the water as it hits the shoreline. Ideal for small families, couples or singles.

A few short minutes drive down the road leads to two of the most sought after locations in the entire Turks and Caicos, Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches . Walk 2 to 3 miles out and the water is not even waist deep. Perfect for everyone, kids, persons who are not great swimmers or elderly. Enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Las Brisas, the closest restaurant to our Villa. Rent pontoons, jet skis, paddle boards, boats and more with Silly Creek water sports on the beach.

PRIVACY & UP SCALE VACATION SPOT!!!Very nice property that was just as private as the pictures showed! It was extremely clean and came equipped with everything needed for our private chef to cook for us. The air was cool and even with keeping it on the lowest setting in the main area/bedroom, we do not go over the allocation the owners provide…so no concern there! If I had to give 1 area of opportunity, we arrived earlier than 4pm into PLS and had arranged for an earlier check in with the host; however no one could get in touch with the on site individual to let us in. It ended up working out and was minor in the big scheme of things, but something to consider is a code entry system versus an actual human checking you in. All else was perfect and well worth the price!

Off the grid villa was such a wonderful place to stay. The views never got old! We loved using the pool, sitting on the deck for morning coffee, grilling and dining at the outdoor patio table. The villa had everything we needed and the hosts were always responsive. We would definitely stay again.

I would love to give this vacation rental home a 5-star rating. The views from the back porch were gorgeous and the infinity pool was a wonderful amenity. I really do feel like the owners and property manager wanted to supply us with everything we could need to make sure we had the best possible stay. However, I was disappointed with their electricity allotment policy. I do not feel like they were upfront with this policy as it was not mentioned anywhere in the VRBO listing. An electricity allotment was briefly mentioned in the welcome packet. Upon check-in Cady informed us that we had an electrical allotment of $150 for the week. We left the air-conditioning on the settings they were on at check-in and used our entire electrical allotment in 2.5 days (using only lights, tv, and the air-conditioning). For the rest of the vacation, we were miserable sitting in a hot house and did not use the washing machine, oven, or dishwasher during our stay. Cady suggested we turn the air-conditioning off when we were not there. However, we chose this house because of the amenities it had allowing us to stay there during the day and not having to travel to a beach or pool. At the nightly rate, guests should not have to be uncomfortable during their stay. I would recommend this home for your next vacation, but the listing needs to be more upfront about the electricity allotment. The rental fee should be adjusted to allow renters to be comfortable without worrying about the electrical meter.
