About this villa rental
Coastal Vibes Villa is situated on a 100 foot private waterfront bay overlooking the iconic turquoise waters of Chalk Sound (the ocean which is also a protected National Park). It’s conveniently located between two beaches ideal for young children. Take a 2 minute walk to the stunning Sapodilla Bay Beach or a 2 minute drive down the street to the secluded Taylor Bay Beach. Guests have plenty of options when it comes to fun things to do and sights to explore only steps away from the villa. Enjoy the Island favorite restaurant, Las Brisas, take a pontoon ride on Chalk Sound, hike to the centuries-old pirate carvings, take on an ocean adventure with jet skis or sail away with one of the tour operators departing from Sapodilla Bay Beach.
The villa offers guests a clean bright open concept design with plenty of natural light and stunning views from virtually every room. The mix of Scandinavian and coastal décor compliments the indoor and outdoor living area experience.
The villa is non-smoking and can sleep 6. It’s completely private and includes two dwellings directly beside each other. One dwelling consists of two bedrooms divided by a common hallway/foyer for added privacy. The other dwelling is an open concept area for living and dining, and also includes a queen size cabinet bed.
The bedroom dwelling is separated from the main living area for added privacy. The master bedroom has a direct view of Chalk Sound, sliding doors that open to a patio, a King size bed, make up station, ceiling fan, air conditioning, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with large shower, toilet room, and vanity.
The second bedroom has a direct view of Chalk Sound, sliding doors that open to a patio. two single beds that can also be pushed together to make a King size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with bathtub/shower, toilet and vanity.
The living dwelling includes large kitchen, dining, and living areas that overlook the water. The living area includes a queen size cabinet bed with a 6” foam mattress, several ceiling fans, air conditioning, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a ½ bath.
Coastal Vibes Villa also features a private BBQ grilling area, large gazebo, beach pergola, outdoor dining and lounging, WiFi, a private pool with bench seating, water toys, beach chairs, lush landscaping surrounding the property and more.
Spend your days lounging by the pool enjoying the water vistas in a tranquil setting with family and friends, or hop on your kayaks and paddleboard and explore the beauty and small Islands of Chalk Sound. There is ample room and lounging zones on the deck, patio, and the sandy waterfront where kids can play. The shallow entrance to the water is ideal for launching the watercraft.

The property was so clean and had everything we needed once we got our food. We walked right across the street to the beach and we were happy to have the beach chairs and coolers at the property we could bring with us to the beach. We also used the kayaks to go to iguana island on Chalk Sound. Loved it!

Beautiful Villa and great hosts that promptly answered our questions. We really enjoyed kayaking Chalk Sound, exploring the islands (seeing iguanas) and the beaches near by. Sapodilla beach was just a quick walk and has soft sand with calm clear water, beautiful! Taylor Beach was a short drive and also beautiful clear, calm water. We enjoyed Las Barisas near by for a few meals right on the water. Also, highly recommend Potcake Place K9 Rescue to walk the puppies at Grace Bay, such a great experience! Overall a wonderful stay!

The property was great, beautifully decorated, very clean with all the conveniences. The views of the sound were spectacular. There were several outdoor seating, sunning and dining spaces and everything was in very good condition. We used the kayaks and corn hole game. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn’t use the pool but it was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the close proximity to Sapodilla and Taylor Bay beaches as well as La Brisas restaurant. The management company was very responsive to our questions.

Chantal and David provided the best welcome arrival booklet we have ever received and sorted out any problems promptly and with ease.
The house is beautiful, lovely furnishings, linens and very comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and lots of plastic options for use around the pool. Fabulous beach chairs, pool floats, towels and snokels to use if needed.
Two of the best beaches (in our opinion) are within walking distance of the house and great food at Las Brisas restaurant is only a 5 minute walk. Kayaking was amazing on Chalk Sound although the wind was very strong.
Location is near to the industrial port and constant noise can be heard 24/7, also lots of building work in the vicinity including next to Las Brisas restaurant, thus unfortunately affecting the peace and tranquility we needed at the house.
Overall it was a nice stay.
